You can only Google so much and I had finally hit a wall. Couldnt figure out how to adjust the belt in my 83 gmc. Few shops quoted me 100, 120 even after I told them my suspicion of the squealing . Came by here before I was gonna head into one of those shops and had a fella here try it out on the whim. FIXED! he even showed me and explained why I couldn't quiet figure it out. ( some stuff was cut/modded)

Belt tightend, truck is happy. My wallet is happy. 20 bucks. I basically paid for the 5 minute tutorial which is more than 101% worth it.

My car broke down this morning around 10am. I called Keith & Dons and they said I could bring it in that day, but they may not be able to look at it until later this week. I was able to get my car to the shop and left it in their care. BOY do these guys under sell and OVER deliver. They called later that same day, less than 6 hours after drop off, and said that my car was all fixed! In addition to fixing the main problem (my car not starting) he also replaced my dipstick! I went and picked my car up later that day. I thought the bill would be around $200... it was LESS THAN HALF that. The staff was super friendly and incredibly helpful. Will definitely be going here from now on!

Wonderful! It's the only full-service gas station that I know of and they're so nice. I have some mobility issues, and it means a lot to me that they will come and put air in my tires, check my oil, and wash my windshield as they're filling my tank! It's like time travel back to the 60's!
And despite my expectation that all this extra attention would come with a higher price tag, their gas rates are among the lowest!
Like I just said - they're wonderful!

It's Friday night, a few minutes before closing, and I stop at this quaint station to fill up the tank. It's not the first time I stop here; after all, it's the cheapest gas station in town, right downtown Santa Rosa. Julian, the delightful young man manning the station single-handedly, comes out with a smile despite the late hour. He is always on hand, ready to help, efficient, kind, polite, a rare American treasure of his generation :)

I have been going to Keith & Don's 76 Station since I moved to Santa Rosa since I moved here in 1997. These people are a wonderful, rare combination of a stellar work ethic and reasonable prices for their mechanical work. I love these people. They have seriously restored my faith in humanity. They are that honest and that good. Go to them, you can't go wrong.

Such nice people working here. We needed to remove a hitch and couldn’t do it with a normal hand operated wrench. Five minutes here and it was off. He was so kind, very professional, and obviously quite knowledgeable. I’d definitely recommend this place, they won’t take advantage of you like some places do!

The only place in Santa Rosa that I know has Full Service...nice people too

Family and friends, we've all chosen this station for car repairs for decades. Keith and Don's, as honest and as good a value as you'll find anywhere. We ALWAYS go here if we can for car repairs, the people are long term and are very very knowledgeable.

This guy is great. Fixed my wife's tire in 5 minutes at 7 pm. Friendly, professional, and in the right place at the right time.
