Nothing but perfection! I've lately been working instacart in tandem with doordash to maximize my earnings and I always get excited when an instacart order comes up for this shop partly because orders here usually pay well I don't have to actually pick up during the items, but also because the store isn't really big like a grocery store or Costco or something, but the main reason as a matter of fact actually has to do with the employees themselves.

They're always so helpful. I've never shopped here for myself and if I did I would be buying products for my wife, but she's never asked me to get anything from the store specifically although maybe someday I might consider trying to surprise her with something from here, but the fact is whenever I am here to shop for an instacart to deliver to a customer, since I'm not exactly going to be familiar with we're really anything is at the store fortunately there's always an employee that's willing to help me look for items.

I'm sorry I'm really bad at remembering names but there is a blond woman who I think is in her early to mid-twenties maybe younger who has tattoos and is shorter than me but not like short short, I don't know we're description but anyways whatever she's there she's always willing to help and even if she's not there I can still get help from other employees since I'm just not really familiar with where things are and it makes my job to shop instacart orders for customers really easy here and I really appreciate that.

They are definitely very nice and helpful people. It also appears to be a pretty great atmosphere at the store to with lots of positivity.

Pam was fantastic. She helped me out when looking for products for my wife. She helped take a huge load off of my shoulders. Highly recommend

My wife and I stopped by the Santa Rosa Plaza, because she needed some makeup at the Sephora store. Greeted by a friendly sales associate, they helped her out right away. While she was being helped, I observed that this was no ordinary makeup store. The products are presented in very colorful displays that draw you into the store, and make you feel very relaxed, and not in a hurry to leave. The Sephora manifesto, We Belong To Somthing Beautiful, is very appropriate for this multinational French company.

I HATE going into sephora without makeup, it can be so intimidating but i needed to yesterday too get new products. I’ve been using “Too faced Born This Way” as my foundation and concealer for about a decade and decided it was time to change. I went into sephora to ask I believe her name was Anais? What her opinion was on the best full coverage foundation and concealer. She was SOOOOO helpful and helped me color match, answered my questions, and was just an all around super helpful person and I just wanted to take the time to write a review and let you all know :)

Always really cool and friendly staff that just want to inform you and help you make the best purchases. No underlying judgment or pressure to buy a billion different things. Everyone is doing an amazing job!

I always find what I'm looking for. Great management; representatives meet you at the door and help you find what you are looking for if help is wanted, store is clean and shinny, counter clerks are efficient

They have good quality makeup. They also have break-out free products too. You can try on a vast array of colors of eye-shadow, lipsticks (they have samplers so it's sanitary), and foundation. They basically have a the makeup any girl could need!

Lovely staff, especially Rikki and the blue haired gentleman whose name escapes me are always a very helpful but not pushy.

Found some really nice foundation for my girlfriend, had 2 staff members take care of us and give their opinions and it made her and I feel very taken care of. Even amidst the pandemic, Sephora makes it work. Go you!

I am not into buying makeup. But the people in here try to be friendly and try to explain different things that they think I would be interested in purchasing for Christmas gifts. They are friendly ladies and I think you could find just about any kind of makeup in there

I've been in to this Sephora location a handful of times and each visit I've had a wonderful experience. The beauty advisors there are knowledgeable and friendly. They're generous with free samples and have an awesome rewards program.
