Tiki Lodge Hotel

i felt very safe. Staff helpful and polite.my room was clean and cool and no one bothered me in anyway. i was able to park and there was no problem with my car. also the morning coffee is excellent.
i would highly recommend this place to anyone. they are very mindful of children as well if you have a family. Kids played safely on hotel grounds

Nice place they are doing everything they can to have the place even better... The people that work there are great people...kid friendly people wish people would stop going there and destoying making it bad for others to enjoy the potential that this hotel has... Its not the hotel its some of the people that go there... Some of the people that stay there either stays to them selves or is very kind and respectful willing to help if someone looks like they struggling or something great workers and some great Peopel that stay there

- I moved from Nevada and this motel was the first place we went to and we enjoyed our stay. This is my second time being here and this motel is a good place. The staff is really nice they watch the property. Any problems they address them and have the people removed if necessary. Keep up the good work 😊.

Nice clean room with large comfortable bed and flat screen TV, also a mini fridge and microwave in room. The employees are polite and helpful. We will definitely be stay again next time.

Extremely affordable. Fun looking little bar by the same name right out front. The rooms were clean and nicely maintained. From what I could tell all rooms are smoking rooms. Not a problem for me, but that's a noteworthy bit of information for some, I'm sure.

I still adore this place and it has improved in many areas leaps and bounds. It is a. place where you never know who you'll meet or run into and in what condition. A great place for adults looking to save a few dollars had on their room

My only daughter Cathy Anne and I and my best best friend Shawn and my 2 furbabies family members stayed here for one night and it was the best best place to stay here and I love fighting or arguing and ran into a lot of my friends that are HOUSELESS living here and the night lean price was a hell alot cheaper than the other motels and hotels rates .hand down, Definitely things about trying to rent a room for the whole month ,hell yeah 1000% indeed .

Thank you Tiki Lodge for your excellent service, I have stayed here before, and the rate is the cheapest & higher-end quality than any hotel/motel or lodge that I could find or want to stay in.

The only issue we came across while dealing with your service wasn't the price, but on one or two sites it states you offer continental breakfast; which showed a photo of bananas, oranges, danishes, and coffee. This is a legal issue, so I suggest you get that tidied-up off of the internet before it becomes a rucuss for you, later.

Chances are with the renewing of debt, and the cost of living staying the same this year, within 2016 you will need to invest in your company with more "RAWR" & "UMF" or else invest in a domestic partnership with a younger, veteran owned business listing founder who can supply you with funds & workers to refurbish or add on to the hotel in expansion.

I love this lodge, I remember this place from when I was just a we lass, and a long time ago there used to be a recreational arts & craft center in one of the rooms downstairs in the back corner. I'd like to see this take place again, because baby boomers will be spurring, and also there will be a lot of tourists coming through this year.

But you didn't hear that from The Energy Investor in the Private Civillian Sector! ;P

I love the room I stayed in, there is a closet, a bathtub + shower combo, a swimming pool, and the bed is huge. Free wifi, a tv & a desk with a phone & great lighting! Not to mention a great view, and the lodge brings a fun lively atmosphere at a decent level of nightlife noise.

My husband is spending the night with you tonight, and I asked him about the room as well. I will advise his personal review later tomorrow.

We should negotiate a trade deal for credit stamp cards because veterans will be coming home through this way from the air port.

Great night great stay I know it’s old so really can’t talk bad shape but manager was friendly and the bad people around were actually polite and friendly felt extremely comfortable

At first I was hesitant to stay there but I soon learned not to judge a book by its cover the same guys I thought were some rough guys and intimidating ended up helping me on my time of need th he biggest guy there was the sweetest person I've met in a long time him and a few others were making sure that I was ok and not being abused by my husband when he gets drunk and gets wild with me and I'm so glad that someone was there for me it felt good to be protected

I used to rent a room here monthly before Tim griffin the live on site security guard also became the on site manager and security it was rated modestos #1 worst motel in the whole state of California now under his leadership and the rest of the original and amazing staff there it is now rated one of the top 10 motels to stay at in California

This place is starting to clean up management is great messaged ahead of time and got there checked in took about less than 5 minutes rooms are looking much better

The tiki lodge is the only place I'll rent a room its spacious friendly and Tim (security/person in charge & front desk person is very clear when he read u the rules I feel very safe and there's no other Motel that can beat the price they have been up grading the Tiki I love it check it out!😎

She was very of my understanding and came in from utah for my grandmothers 90th bday and everywhere else booked or too exspensive..i worried about cockroaches or bed bugs in these kinds of places but room very clean and comf..plus hot water very hot and all the perks of a higher bigger hotel.im going back and ill hope u will too..thanks

Owner is trying to keep it clean and the rift raff out is doing some renovation and upgrade hope all turn out great can't wait to see

It's the Cleanest, Safest, & most affordable motel in Modesto! The Staff is great! It's the only motel in Modesto that I would recommend!
