Been coming to this location for a couple of years now since I moved to modesto. I had came with MaryLou and she has been amazing always making me feel welcomed and answers all my questions always helps whenever and if theres any problem definitely will recommend coming here to do taxes . Her staff member are very nice. If i could i would give her more stars ⭐

This place needs to shut down by all the negative comments I won’t come here , boils my blood to know these people got scammed or had their taxes done wrong and yet they still advertise their business on the radio how awful

Maria lopez Saucedo prepared my taxes . Depositing wrong account. Took her to court n never showed up. Till today she has shoved my tax refund up her az.

So so incredibly dirty is there, and unbelievably unprofessional when I walked into the building there was no employees to greet us just a customer that had been waiting for over an hour. 20 minutes later we seen the employees walk in with coffee and on there’s phones. So are SO overbooked with only one person working. Our appointment was at 8 o’clock and people that got there at 9 o’clock were being helped before us despite the fact that we got there 20 minutes earlier.

Went here to do taxes. They were rejected and I was never notified. Had to call IRS to find out. Tried and tried to reach this business, never received an answer or call back. Ended up having to redo my taxes myself. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Horrible place!!!!! My taxes didn’t even get filed!!!! And it’s already passed the dead line! How do do you pay to file taxes and they don’t even get filed!!!! Now they don’t even answer the phone! Kept me on hold just to hang up after 25 mins now they don’t answer horrible people I do not recommend at all

I did my taxes this year with them and to this date December 2nd 2022 I have not received a dime !! Now they won't return my calls I need help !

They NEVER answer the phone. Called 10 times yesterday, 10 times today and still nothing. What’s the point of having a phone number to call if no one is going to answer it? So annoying dealing with this place.

Very poor customer service , they over-schedule people.

No point in having an appointment anyone who come in an hour late after you will be taken in regardless.

The receptionist isnt helpfull either yet rude!

Horrible place !!!!! This place scams you out of your time and money. They put incorrect account number on my moms taxes. Bank said that they scammed her. Please don't got there.

El servicio al cliente es fatal, los asistentes no saben lo q hacen . Los taxes de mi suegro fueron rechazados por que pusieron el número de seguro equivocado de uno de sus dependes y solo me decían tienes q esperar por que acáusa de la pandemia se están tardando. Y no ellos tenían q haser un amendment y corregir su errór. Espero todo un año por su reembolso. No vayan a ese lugar solo quieren tu dinero y ayudar a las personas. No vayas!!!

hice mis taxes ahí los del 2018, y me lo hicieron mal, en una columna donde preguntan Que cuantos días mis hijos durante ese año, mis hijos vivieron conmigo, ellos pusieron 0 y ahora tengo problemas con El Estado me están cobrando el reembolso de ese año. Todo por qué no tuvieron el cuidado que se requiere en cuestión de impuestos.
Todavía no se resuelve mi asunto , aunque me ayudaron a enviar una corrección . También noté que otras personas tuvieron el mismo problema que yo. Además los precios son altísimos $200 a 250 , es exagerado.
No recomiendo en absoluto este lugar.

El año pasado fui hacer mis taxes aquí. La señorita que me atendió puso números incorrectos en los seguros de mis hijos. Espere 8 semanas para mi reembolso y nada llame al IRS y me dijeron que los impuestos habían sido rechazados ya que los seguros de mis hijos no hacían match entonces llame y que me dicen o si los rechazaron y les digo porque no me llamaron para corregir los números que porque no tenían mi número como no van a tener mi número de celular si les di mi información pedí hablar con la manager según que estaba en un funeral nunca se disculparon nunca hicieron nada para remediar la situación de pérdida me haigan ofrecido hacer los impuestos gratis este año por su error. Y los precios esta de locos no se si es legal cobrar $200-$250.00 por una preparación simple de impuestos no lo recomiendo
