Mistlin Honda Service

From the time I walked in the doors I was treated like a queen. They never pressured me or made me feel like I had to buy anything. All my questions were answered truthfully and my salesman Henry make sure I understood absolutely everything. They had no idea that I wanted to get a car that day but when I left I left with what I wanted.

Took my car in for some warranty work after having the part ordered and delivered. When the repair went long, I was given a loaner for free over a weekend. When additional parts were needed to complete the repair I was able to keep the loaner for a full week. Has been a long time since any dealership has been as generous as to prove me with a free car for a week while they fixed my car.

The 2 times I've gone here (once to buy my vehicle & the second, a couple years later, I've only been welcomed & helped by cheerful, friendly employees. They provide great costumer service! I'd have my vehicle serviced here more regularly, if I didn't live so far.

Great service, very attentive and courteous the only thing strange is they've removed the television and the open waiting room & added little private 1 person work type stations. I didn't like that change.

There was an employee at the service drive who didn't seem to mind blocking me in and making me wait while he took his time with another customer. Then rolled his eyes at me and gave me an attitude when I got out of my car and asked them to move. I think this is just the new Norm. Sad. No know how on treating customers respectively. 🤦‍♀🤷‍♀

I talked to a mechanic for part and labor estimate and gave me some important information about the make and model of my vehicle. He didn't try to persuade me into having my vehicle service either. Great customer service!😊

I needed a new gas cap for my 2006 Honda Ridgeline, sold it to me and had a nice gentleman come out and hook it up for me quickly. Very kind, curious and asked if I needed anything else. Was on my way to work, helped me quickly, great excellent Honda Dealership. I only drive Honda and Toyota nothing else. These two vehicles never broke down on me, bought them both brand new no miles on it. Take care of your maintenance on them and will take you a long long ways. Thank you Honda Associates, love you workers. 🥰😇

As far as dealership goes there as good if not better than the rest. It's always clean and most everyone is helpful. Customers are the only bad part about a dealership, everyone needs a good car and there are to many A-holes allowed to by them. My heart goes out to the workers. Good job Mistlin Honda.

As with my previous visits here, always excellent service. Had 2 tires replaced and after shopping around, they had the lowest prices. Yes, people, forget about that old worn out rumor that the dealers prices are higher. Mistlin Honda proves on many service/parts levels, that is not true. And they won’t try to up-sell you. I asked if I’d also need an alignment to which they said”you should be fine”. They get my business every time.

Warranty recall . one telephone call, one appointment, one hour done.

my experience was excellent. I've got an 07 civic hybrid well worth going to the dealership for an oil change verse the others. the price was cheaper as well. I listened to the owners manual

Friendly staff. They took me in right away and did my service as requested. They didn’t even charge me the inspection fee for my issue. Mechanic was amazing. Def will be coming back when my car gives me issues again.

Had the engine oil and transmission oil changed as well as fixing the safety recalls. Very friendly and communicative within the process of the service.
