Kudos to Steve Kay and Aaron England for incredible service! I was traveling through Modesto during a stormy day when my driver's side windshield wiper stopped swiping. Not only did they get me in for diagnostics, but they ensured that it would be completed before the order deadline in case parts needed to be ordered. They were able to get the work done, and I was on my way within an hour and a half. I never would have been able to drive in that rainy weather without their help. I deeply appreciate the personalized service they provided.

After my husband passed away on 9/4/20, I inherited his truck and the all of the issues that came with it. We purchased our truck at Modesto Toyota and have a warranty with them, so naturally I went to them to get the work done.
First, Mike, the Assistant Service Manager, was amazing. He knew what I was going through and made sure to keep me informed and went the extra mile to make sure I had something to drive, while my truck was being repaired. He was extremely professional and kind and he will be the only person I deal with in the future because of the level of knowledge and professionalism.
Second, when my truck had to be sent to an outside shop for alignment, Modesto Toyota sent it back to them 3 times before giving it back to me, to make sure that my vehicle was safe to drive and functioning properly.
I will take my truck here for service for as long as I have it!

Can get busy at times, but they offer shuttles and cheap rentals so you can avoid the wait. Lounge area is comfortable as well in case you stick around. Service has always been good here.

They helped me right away and I was able to get a rental through Toyota!!! The Cashier is very thorough and has everything clearly marked for signature and explains how the insurance coverage is expected to be taken care of.

Very courteous and helpful. Had an issue that was covered under warranty and didn't know it. They fixed it for no charge and will do a follow-up check for no charge. I'm a Happy customer.

We always get our car serviced in this location. They are fast, the place is big, they have TVs, beverages and clean bathrooms where you can wait for your car.

Very large and well-appointed waiting room. Numerous televisions set to different channels... fast in and out service.

I went in to have an oil change . The lounge area is very nice with free coffee and Cocoa . My oil change was done quickly and they were very efficient .

I was in and out in less than 90 minutes, I went to look at some vehicles, having a cup of coffee and looked at accessories for my car, then got the call " Your Vehicle is Ready"

Very nice people,helpful, kind, clean facility . Offered to take us home rather then sitting around (all the way to Oakdale).

Always fast and a nice waiting area, TV and refreshments provided, plenty of seating.
