Best Western Palm Court Inn

I want to send a big thank you to Courtney and her staff at Best Western Palm Court in Modesto, CA. I drove most of the night from San Diego to Modesto for a baby shower for my first great grandchild. This was a 7 hour drive! I was excited to receive my room at 10:00 am for an early check in. I relaxed, got some sleep and was refreshed for the 5:00 pm baby shower. I'm 70 years old and my knees are not in the best shape. I was glad they had a room available for me on the first floor. The room was in excellent shape. It was clean, organized and quiet. In the dining room, coffee was available to me all day. In the morning I was able to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausages, biscuit, oatmeal and coffee. Thank you Best Western Palm Court for making my stay pleasant and relaxing.

Everything you would expect from a Best Western at a price which is usually among the cheapest BW's you will ever find.

If you're thinking of the nearby M6, you might be surprised by how much more you can get for how little more money.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Good location and nice front desk staff.

Rita was amazing and very helpful! We are visiting Yosemite and she was very helpful and advised us as well! I highly recommend her when in the area!

This BW is extemely well-managed and provides a very pleasant experience. We are very comfortable and happy here.

Very nice place to stay as they accommodate for single women and put them inside the Courtyard area to be better protected. I love that consideration

I don't think I've ever met nicer staff at a hotel. Everyone bent over backwards to make my stay pleasant & comfortable. When there was a problem with the air conditioning, they had maintenance there practically before I hung up the phone. It was quickly determined the AC could not be immediately fixed. The next thing I know the head of housekeeping and the gentleman doing maintenance were there with new keys and assisted moving me into a new room, where they'd already turned on the AC. KUDOS esp to Lily & Gilbert. The only thing I wish is that the inn didn't use cleaning products with such heavy fragrance. Definitely recommend the Palm Court.

The is a great place to stay. Close to many eating places some even within walking distance. Rooms are clean and they service a continental breakfast and they have good wifi which is what I needed besides a good bed to sleep in.

This hotel is fantastic! The whole property is very clean, the rooms are well maintained, and the staff are awesome! Thank you especially to Kym for making our stay great :)

Great place to rest after sleeping in my car on a two week long road trip. Everything was clean, breakfast was good.

Side not: If you need to go anywhere, dont walk. There are homeless people everywhere who all kept asking for money. One followed me into the grocery store.

The outside decor of the hotel has a Mission accent with a small but beautiful courtyard. Inside the room the bathroom area appears newly remolded. It was nice having a separate bed area from to finally settle into. As this was a one night turn around trip for work it was nice to get on and off the freeway with ease, yet tucked away so all the traffic was not heard.

Pleased with hotel my room phone wasn't working so she came to replace it she couldn't so she took a few bucks off my bill thanks rita , if I am up there again will book again we used the laundry bring your own quarters , choice of food in the morning tasty

Grand rooms, maid service, front desk customer service is one that's quality and very hospitable. The only thing that might need improved is getting some better tv stations but the staff, rooms and the jacuzzi,pool, gym and laundry rooms were very outstanding and clean.

Overall, the stay was very pleasant. No complaints. I'd definitely stay there again. I'd also like to note: the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good especially the bacon, in lieu of the usual soggy under cooked bacon at most hotels.

Our stay at the Modesto Best Western Palm Court Inn was comfortable and more than adequate for our needs. The treadmill in the fitness room didn't work quite right but was adequate. We interacted with RITA at the desk most frequently. We needed to change our room assignment from one bed to 2 queens. Due to my snoring my husband left t sleep in the car at about 4AM. The check in clerk was very nice about allowing us to check in to the 2 Queen room at 6 AM so my husband could nap before we had to get up.
2 days later I left my purse at our friend's house with our phone. RITA allowed us to use the house phone since we needed to call my daughter in Columbus, OH to access phone #s. and then to call our son in Modesto CA because he has a long distance number.

Jack worked the breakfast bar and was always cheerful and conscientious about keeping things well supplied. One morning a huge tour bus of folks nearly cleaned him out of supplies. By the time we got there at 8:30 AM he had everything restocked by borrowing from another Best Western. Another time. I wondered why he would put a whole new pan of eggs out with only 10 minutes left....Here came about a dozen people rushing to get a last minute breakfast. He was meticulous in cleaning the tables and floors after the breakfast hour. He saved a cardboard box at my request since I was working on a special project.

Rooms were very clean and had a fantastic breakfast. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was in good working order. All in all about what I would expect from a Best Western. A few reviews had me worried about the neighborhood but I found it in a nice enough are with a decent selection of resturaunts.

Always the perfect place for us to stay when we come to town to visit our grandkids. Front desk is always helpful and kind. Property grounds look beautiful and the breakfast is quite good and always well stocked. The rooms are clean and well attended. We love it here!

My father was in the hospital I was staying in the room with him. After a few nights trying to sleep in a chair, my husband came and got a room here. They give discounts if you have something from the hospital showing your there prices less than some of the "less desirable" hotels. The rooms were spotless the linen very fresh and beautiful. The shower was nice first one in a few days. The full breakfast was a very nice touch. With bacon, eggs, waffles, cereal, juice, coffee all served in a cozy setting with the nicest staff. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful during our hard time.

This was a fantastic hotel!!! The rooms were clean and spacious. Beds very comfortable. The morning breakfast was amazing and Karin was an absolute sweetheart. She helped us with whatever we needed in the breakfast area and was so kind and helpful. We were on our way back home from Disneyland back to Oregon. Thank you Karin for your warm hospitality!
