Comfort Inn

We stayed at the Comfort Inn on Orangeburg for 11 days. The staff were all friendly, warm and helpful. The room was great! We had a king and slept comfy. Clean and maid service daily. The pool was clean and had grills for cooking out. I wish they had an ice machine and vending machines on each floor. Even so, going to the first floor was no big issue. The breakfast area was kept clean and well stocked from 6-9:30 am. Hot scrambled eggs and sausage with usually two choices of waffles. We would be happy to stay here again next time we are in CA.

The young receptionist lady was very nice and knowledgeable. She was fast and efficient. She offered us Diamond members water bottles and snacks. The rooms were very clean as well as the rest of the hotel. We stay here frequently on our motorcycle trips.

We were in town for a soccer tournament. This was a convenient location and an acceptable price.

Have stayed here many times over the years so I'm very comfortable here.
Close to the freeway, with many nice restaurants, grocery store, gas stations, etc close by. Employees are always friendly !

Service and breakfast was great but the rooms were a little small for what I paid. Still, I would highly recommend this place!!

Customer service was excellent. Room had a decent iron, large fridge, and I showed up at 11pm and they let me use the luggage trolly which was nice. Also, the breakfast was surprisingly good. There was also a coffee machine in the room if you didn't want to drink the coffee in the lobby for whatever reason. Beds were also really comfortable.

We were very happy with our stay at the Modesto Comfort Inn. Our room was very nice, the grounds were well kept and the overall atmosphere was very warm and inviting. There was a lovely Koi fish pond for the patrons to enjoy watching and feeding the beautiful fish; the front desk provides the fish food. The pool was well maintained and it was situated away from the street traffic. We very much enjoyed our visit and will be looking forward to returning, but i have to say that one of the nicest features of the Modesto Comfort Inn would have to be the front desk receptionist Rose, she was so friendly and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about her. Rose made our visit an absolute pleasure.

The clerk was wonderful n very helpful when I accidentally booked the room using my nickname instead of my legal name...thanks for working with me instead of turning me away in the middle of the night during a rainstorm! The rooms were nice, beds comfy, but the pillows could use an update...they were about 1/2 the size they should be lol!

This is a clean, comfortable hotel with great front desk service by Rose. She was absolutely amazing, helpful and accommodated all our needs. The rooms are clean and quiet and have plenty of towels and extras. We were not crazy about the eggs they serve for breakfast but everything else was very good. I recommend this hotel over the others in this area.

Arrived in Modesto without a reservation. Called Jessica at the front desk and she was superb. Jessica was courteous, helpful and most of all friendly. Came to to hotel and she was cheery and checked us in quickly. Great room and price. Great job Jessica !!! Steve G

I choose to stay at this hotel 2 to 3 times a month. It is clean, beds comfortable, good selection for breakfast, hot coffee around the clock. Staff professional and friendly. I work with people all the time and I have noticed they are not rude when cpustomers are rude to them. I sit out by the pool most times to mediate near the Koi pond and usually VERY MUCH quiet. The housekeeping ladies are also kind and efficient. Every one speaks to you.

I love this hotel. I've been going thru a custody battle and to see my child I have to stay in Modesto. The staff here are really friendly. Rose usually works in the morning and afternoon and she is awesome. I'd recommend this place to anyone who is traveling or just needs to get away

This was by far the best experience ever. My wife was sick and Rose rallied the troops and got a room ready several hours early so she could lay down and rest. The property was impeccable and the breakfast delicious. But Rose made our day!!

Bf/I needed to just get away..had late dinner @denny's and decided to stay here..best place ever!! Service was excellent room was great plenty of hot water..only complaint was no plug for bath tub but used a wash cloth to plug it up lol..vending machine needed to be filled and ice machine was broke..loved the fridge and microwave in the room and didn't have to pay extra!!! So glad we came here and not Modesto Motel which we had planned to go to..very clean..night staff lady was very nice...definitely coming back!!!

Had a very nice extended stay at Comfort inn...the rooms were nice, but the staff was very hospitable! The desk manager Rose made us feel very welcome and really knows how to treat you. The housekeeping staff were great as well! Thanks very much!

My sons father rented him a room temporary and was there several days I was extreamly pleased by the convenient location. we were able to find gas food and many other easily accessible stores and shops close to the business. It was very reasonably priced not overly crowded and was far nicer then we had expected. The room was very clean and more updated then many places we visited. Best of all the place felt generally safe. Most establishments that come close to comparing To as fas as price falls short in every other area. Our family will not only gurentee we will return again but I am also telling our friends an family about our amazing experience! Hands down best overall quality and experience you can find in our area!

One of the better Comfort Inns I have stayed in. Rooms where always cleaned every day. Breakfast was served prompt at 6am every day. Front desk was real nice. Had no issues.

Next to the highway. Gas stations, restaurants and other stores within the vicinity. Some vagabonds in the area but the business has security guards and badge access to side entrances. Washer & Dryer. Ok for quick over night rest area but probably not a prolonged stay.

It's a nice place. We had some family in town and didn't have enough room so they stayed there. I only spent about an hour there but it was comfortable and quiet and the staff was really nice.

I really enjoyed staying there way better than any Motel 6 is or anything like that
