I recently had the pleasure of bringing my car to Pauline's Automotive for servicing, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the service provided by David and the team was nothing short of exceptional.

Upon entering the shop, I was greeted warmly by the manager Ruby. David quickly assessed my car's needs. His knowledge and expertise were immediately apparent, and the team took the time to thoroughly explain the issues and the recommended solutions.

Throughout the service process, Ruby kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring I understood what was being done and why. This level of transparency and communication was greatly appreciated and helped to build trust in their work.

Not only was the service completed in a timely manner, but the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. My car now runs smoother than ever, thanks to David's meticulous attention to detail and dedication to providing top-notch service.

In addition to the excellent mechanical work, I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the entire team, the way Alivia always had a smile on her face, made the process very welcoming. After arriving from Washington state to meet my brother and sister-in-law vacationing from Southern California, my brother developed a rattle during the trip. Took a chance and stopped at Pauline's Automotive. They're service technicians were prompt, courteous and personable. Thank you so much for the great service experience.

I had taken my car to a dealership and they told me I need a new brakes that's why the brake light was coming on well I had heard from a friend of mine about Pauline's and the technician Kevin I believe that was his name. Anyway I took my car there and Kevin said I didn't need new brakes I just needed a break sensor that had broken on one side he saved me so much money he replaced the sensor and explained everything to me he got rid of the light on the dashboard. Thanks Kevin I will remember you in the future

I have now visited Paulines a number of times while they worked on my truck and on a tough problem with my wood chipper. They are a great group of hard working people that are always professional and easy to communicate with. Most importantly they did great work on my machines at a very fair price. I highly recommend their services.

Paulines may be a small shop but they do excellent work. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Christina the shop manager is awesome! Customer satisfaction is their #1 goal. Prices are reasonable and all work is guaranteed. Free loaner cars make it very convenient.

We decided to try Pauline's since they as are an independent local business. We ended up extremely happy with service on our Jeep. They diagnosed the problem and were able to do the repair with knowledge and real mechanic skill cutting the previous estimate from a larger retailer almost in half plus they smile.

My water pump on my CRV died(original 1997). But it was tricky , every time it was tested it was "fine"! But then 6 months later the radiator fluid would drain out. Jen at Pauline's, kept on it and was able to find the broken water pump, even when the pressure test said it was fine. She knew it wasn't. And she was able to get me a great price on a new water pump! The service is just amazing! They even have coffee hot and ready for you while you wait. Remember they explain everything Before they work on your car and after they finish working on your car! These wonderful people truly know what Service means!

Some of the most incredible service and automotive repair. Ive taken multiple vehicles they take care of everything for a more than reasonable price. And the fact its a female run automotive company is very intriguing. I would recommend to anyone for all vehicles. I am always impressed with the customer service. 10 for 10.

Our family has used Paulines exclusively to repair four used cars. They have always given us excellent service, and a loaner car when available. The women are SUPER friendly and helpful. If you are a young person, or a woman, you will never be overcharged or taken advantage of. If you are comparison shopping, this should be your first stop!

Honest, professional, good at what they do!

A few months ago on my way through Sebastopol with my girlfriend, her car started over heating so we stopped by the gas station and they directed us down the street to Paulines. It was so close so we stopped by, even with out an appointment they helped us out quickly and it was priced reasonably. Great people and super friendly!

Service was prompt even with having to order part outside of shop. Kindness knowledge and even taking me back to the work area to show me first hand what the problem was and actually looked like. To see the damage up front instilled much trust and confidence that I hand made the right choice coming to Pauline’s.

Amazing folks! They really take good care of you and your vehicle. I took my car in for an oil change and they found a bigger issue (thank goodness). They totally set me up with a loaner while waiting for the part. It was a lifesaver!

Awesome place to have your auto serviced and repaired. Costs are reasonable. There are specials and discounts available. You are alerted to a service or a repair that will need to be addressed and time frame they should be taken care of. They talk with you not at you. That feels really good.😀

Kevin, the owner and Brian, his service writer are unbelievably polite and really know their way around a car. They are honest and very reasonably priced. give them a call and you will be pleasantly surprised by the great service.

Driving through the area and my car was running a bit funny they took care of me right away. Great customer service everyone was nice. I wish my town had a place like this!
