The number one best customer service and professionalism I have encountered with a automotive company. Chris is a genuinely nice fellow who will do all he can to give you the best possible service while getting it to you at the lowest price he can by even recommending option that can save you money by say bringing in the part yourself etc. One business I do not second guess or even look up repair cost after quotes cause he always beats the price I see from other places and does so without any haggling. All very nice people there as well.

Scott and Chris were great. They took note of everything I wanted looked at, and did a general safety inspection. Diagnosed my oil leak and went out of their way to address it when they were really busy. Also welcomed questions and taught me as they went, and charged me beyond fairly even though the work went overtime.

I have been going to Sonoma County Auto Care since Chris first took over the business and every experience has been amazing. I have never experienced such great customer service, expertise and efficiency anywhere else. Chris has been very honest and fair with me every time and so I never think twice about bringing my cars to him. A big thanks to Chris and his team!

I am so happy we decided to come to this auto shop. We needed a new transmission in our Ford. We were quoted high prices for a new/rebuild transmission by 3 other shops. We are a family of 8 so we were really stressing about how we were going to be able to afford the work. They quoted me a fair price and got us in 2 days after quoting us. Scott was so kind and helpful. My husband had to work so I had to drop the truck off. Had to walk home with my 2 younger kids and drop by and get the car seats for an appointment, the truck was already up on the lift and I was stressing hard. Scott brought the truck back down for me to get the car seats out without even blinking. Im so thankful they were so friendly and caring. Definitely will be bringing our other car here to get fixed up. A shop I can trust to keep my 6 kids safe and get me from point A to point B. Only bad thing I have to say is darn the parking. Definitely worth it though.

I was married for years to an auto mechanic and haven't had to deal with finding good autocare for decades. I'm new to the area and Chris came highly recommended so I took my Suzuki in and couldn't have been more impressed or happy! Chris and his crew are the real deal. Honest, fair and knowledgeable. Finding Sonoma Auto Care has been a life saver for me and brought me peace of mind knowing I've found my mechanic!

Sonoma County Auto Care is the best!! The owner Chris is incredibly trustworthy, kind and generous with his time and expertise. I've been using their services since 2016 for big jobs like a Timing Belt replacement, and small jobs as well, and I'm always impressed and satisfied with their work. I can't recommend them highly enough. Recently Chris and one of his workers identified the source of a very annoying noise. I found the little replacement part I needed online for my 18 year old Volvo, brought it to Chris and in 10 minutes he had fixed it. I've been very satisfied with all the work they've done on my car.

I love this shop. The guys are super nice and accommodating. They give me tips to save money on car repairs and are genuine and honest. I first stopped here to get a second opinion on an $800 brake replacement. They checked and said my brakes were fine but needed cleaning and proceeded to clean them for free. I love that they are just up the street from my house too. I trust their advice and know that I would never get ripped off here

By far the best, most thorough, and honest shop that I've been to in California. Chris is a great guy and really helped me out when I was in a pretty tight spot. I can't compliment them enough. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area that needs work done on their vehicle. I'm still impressed with the quality of work and how great a deal they gave me. Thank you guys. Honest, competent, trustworthy and affordable. They don't nickel and dime ya. They really want to be the best around and they're doing a good job at it. Its good to have a mechanic that cares about his clientele. Glad I found this crew and I recommend them to everyone.

These guys are amazing. They consistently do great work, always going above and beyond and never overcharging. Since I found them a few years back I won't take my car anywhere else. As a woman without a ton of auto knowledge, I am often wary of being taken advantage of. From the get go, the guys at Sonoma County Auto, especially Chris and Robert, have made me feel so comfortable- often taking me into the garage to see the problem with my own eyes. They are extremely trustworthy and always looking out for the best interest of the customer, often offering a variety of options and trying to find the best price within my budget. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Great people here. They're very good at diagnosis, and their labor rate is quite reasonable. Most of all, they're honest and trustworthy. They really care about their customers as individuals, as multiple experiences here have taught us. Wish I could give them 6 stars.

I'm selling my car and went to get a few things checked out. Owner spent 15 minutes doing an engine check, giving me recommendations & educating me. Not only did he not charge me, he would not take any money when I offered. This business has a good owner with integrity. He's on the younger side so hopefully he knows what he doesn't know ~ I'd go back in a heartbeat.

These guys are amazing! I just had a tune-up here today. I thought I might have a transmission problem but they quickly found the minor problem and fixed it for me for a fraction of the price I was worried I would have to pay for a major repair. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and fast. I’ll be coming here every time.
