Bought a 100+ year old five panel door, complete with the locking mechanism and found a super cool glass doorknob to match. Very fair pricing and a great shopkeeper!

This store is, first of all, just so much fun to browse through! There are amazing items of all kinds, from doors and windows to a gorgeous porcelain door knob set I picked up on my first visit. I keep going back to get more small items for my house, and will someday venture into bigger projects with some of the larger pieces. Plus Reese takes time to get to know his customers, and has a smile for everyone, which is always appreciated!

I needed a new post for one of my antique glass doorknobs. (I bought them here 30+ years ago.) The gentleman manning the store knew exactly what I needed, right where to find it, and helped me plan my repair. All for a couple bucks! The shop has all kinds of cool stuff, from antique glass to furniture and knick-knacks. They even have tools, dishes, and silverware!

If you like browsing antique shops, or if you are looking for something particular, don't forget to put Ray's on your agenda. You'll be glad you did!

Fun, funky and full of glorious salvaged, collected and refurbished vintage decor and construction goods. I'm building a tiny home and this place has been an absolute goldmine for finding unusual fixtures and pretty accent pieces for my build. I also found an amazing pair of sunglasses that I now wear constantly, my other pairs are being neglected.

Very friendly and competent owner. Store is well sorted, and Reese knows what he has, and can help you find it. His quality is excellent, he is cooperative and flexible. As a carpenter often looking for strange old pieces or odd improv repairs, he is a valuable partner. Thanks, Reese

A local institution! Reece is a knowledgeable and super friendly, and he has a great eye for antiques, vintage and salvaged building materials. If you are
Looking for a particular period correct shade for your original light fixture in your California Arts & Crafts Bungalow, this is the spot! If you are a DIY builder or crafter, professional or hobbyist, this is the spot to get your reclaimed lumber, hardware, glass etc. a great selection of hard to find building materials and items from a bygone era. I could on and on... But I'll stop there. Check it out.

Simply the best for the approximately 30 years I've been coming here. Owners are so friendly and give great tips, plus the finds are great. I found "egg doorknobs" that exactly match the obscure pattern of those in my 1884 house. (As just one example). Would love to keep them a secret, but it's more important to keep them around!

I've been able to find everything I need at Ray's Trading Co. to resurrect the badly abused Victorian that I purchased. Most of the interior doors were missing as well as all of the hardware. I let Ray's Trading Co. know what I was looking for and they would notify me when they got them in stock. Reese even dug thought the pile of claw foot tub legs to find the exact one that I was missing! They have the most amazing antique and salvage goods and the prices are reasonable too.

Great recycle of used materials. Windows, doors, single sashes, odd pieces that might work perfectly in that odd space. Can you use the window latches, sash lifts, rosettes, door knobs? Go have a look, well-sorted, and Reese is friendly and helpful.
