The place is always clean, staff friendly. The coffee is one of the best around.. and of course, the jelly filled doughnuts !!

Love this place alot! The coffee choices are amazing! Has great taste and quiet environment to work or relax! Love the employees! They are friendly and would help you with anything!

My 1st time there I let the girl know and she was more than willing to explain the drinks to me and be patient with me while I made my Choice truly appreciate her patience. I'll definitely be going back.

Yummy breakfast and coffee love the big place.

Excellent coffee. I recommend the dark roast black. The service is good. The line moves pretty fast. If it's too long come back in 30 min because it clears out. I have had a few times my hot coffee was not hot (fresh), but you can ask them to give you a hotter coffee and they brew a new pot. Recently it's always been hot and fresh though. I don't order the donuts mostly, but I like the jelly the most. The iced tea is OK, but I go for the coffee. I've been meaning to try the espresso, but the dark roast is so good I don't bother.

I am comfortable, very clean and fast service. The hot chocolate was very flat, not enough chocolate. Tasted like hot water. Nothing could be done because it comes out of a machine. I was told I could switch it with any drink, so I ordered an iced chocolate and they gave me the largest size with no hassle. The iced chocolate was excellent! I will be returning because of the great customer service :)

This was my 1st time visiting Dunkin Donuts and I will definitely be back. They offer a wide variety of hot and cold coffee drinks, I ordered a hot vanilla chai and it was delicious. Behind the counter is a large tempting selection of donuts to choose from that are beautifully displayed and looked appetizing. There is ample seating inside to sit and enjoy your drinks and goodies, the employees were welcoming and friendly. The bathroom however was not very clean, that is my only complaint.

I went here because the local donut place I go to was out of chocolate donuts. The wait in the drive thru wasn't long but the prices are higher compared to other places. I basically.paid $8 for half dozen when I pay that same price for a dozen at another place. The donuts were better quality in my opinion..my nephew rated them 9,000/10
So they were good. I won't make this place my go to donut place because of the prices but once in a while will be ok.

Staff is always friendly but not over the top to the point of not feeling genuine. Donuts taste fresh even late in the day.

I love coming here with my family. The place is very clean and organized. The service is good can't complain. The drinks and prices are amazing. I was curious what all the fuss was about Mrs T's so I went to try a donut. You want me to tell you something, no difference, just bad customer service.

We have been there a few times and the staff is always polite. They make suggestions when you aren't sure what you want and the prices are reasonable. Their iced coffee is my favorite. There are always new flavors to try and they have sugar free options.

This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a drive thru ever! The employee here was very polite and the chocolate smoothy was very good. For being my first time at any dunkin donuts I was thoroughly impressed too to bottom

I asked specifically for a blended pumpkin spice latte. And they did it. Much thicker in taste compared to McDonald's frappés. And I still don't know why. 😄

Really good and employees are patient

The customer service was really good. It's my first time ever coming here and I'm impressed, I just got a quick iced drink (Coolata) to quench the heat and it was really good! and I will definitely be coming back!

I'm here most mornings for good reason! Sandwiches made better and more reasonably priced over other breakfast places. They are open most of the day from early morning. Never had anything but pleasant trips here.

Excellent service! Just want to thank the employees for treating us well. As we are sea Cadet parents. Went for hot chocolate and they are excellent! This is for the Modesto Parade of Lights!

Their specialty coffee Pumpkin Spice Blended Lattes with whipped cream are back! Lightly spiced and balanced sweetness perfectly blended with their aromatic coffee brings back Autumnal nostalgia.

Customer service is good 👍. Variety of drinks. And variety of donuts and pastries. And nice things on the shelves to buy. Nice dining area where you could associate with friends. Plus Buy your goodies 😋😁.

I love the coffee rather iced or blended, the varieties of different sandwiches and donuts to choose from. I love my refill cup and the good deals they offer, staff is BH beyond awesome, when I went to Reno even googled to see if they had a Dunkin donuts. The did in sparks. Made our ride home better.
