This place was amazing. The environment is also very good. The store owner was straight up about it. He was very kind. And on top of that he was very legit. He hooked me up with a better and newer version than my uncharted ps4 I had. He’s really an amazing guy. I love how instead of him telling me what I wanted to hear, He just told me straight up that it’s not going to work because of the insect build up without giving attitude. I really wanted it to be fixable but wasn’t. He told us that it would cost my dad 150 to get it repaired and 150 to get a new one instead. I never got your name owner of this store, but THANKYOU so so so much you really made my day. This man was very kind. I recommend coming here for any problems you have and he will have a solution.

I brought my son PS4 here to get fix and glad I did the guy was very nice and very professional explained everything and had it done in one day with in few hours he even gave me the bad part back most places won't even do that if I could give him 10 stars I would price was very good to I would definitely bring more stuff here to get fix and I will be telling anyone who needs something fix to come here you don't find customer service like this anymore and someone you can trust with your stuff don't think twice bring your stuff to this guy he's very trustworthy he made my son day how fast he had it done thank you Gadget Exchange

I was referred here because my phone was broken & the place I was going to at first wasn’t going to have it done in a reasonable time & they told me about Gadget exchange…been going here every since. Phones computers tablets they do it all & the owner worked with me & is such a nice guy I had to let the world know how great Khalil is & should learn how to treat people from him

I have been coming here for many years and I always get the best friendly service, and I always get a great deal. I recommend this store to anyone that wants great service in a friendly atmosphere and leave without feeling you were taken advantage of.

Been coming here for years. About time I leave a review. Usually has accessories that are difficult to find. Fixed my computer for an excellent price that I know any other shop would have charged much more. Had no problem double checking my system as I didn't even have to ask as he offered first. Friendly and professional.

Kept passing looking for a place that would be able to help my resolve my issue with my phone, and something just told me go here!!! I do not regret it one bit!! They were able to help me fast they were very polite and had a lot of patience for my fussy child!

Awesome place. Owner is super friendly and had my iPhone fixed in 10 minutes.

Went in to see if they could fix my iPhone after I accidentally dropped it and wasn’t able to use the top numbers to unlock it. He was beyond nice and told me 20 mins. Definitely recommend! He was super nice..

Found this place and I am so please with the purchased we did. Very polite and helpful. Explain all our questions and help us find what we needed for my son to start college. I took in my PlayStation 5 due to it having some issues yesterday and by today Julio at Gadget Exchange already had it back to me 24 hours later. The customer service here was frankly the best I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend you take any of your electronics for repair here as this team is not only knowledgeable, but extremely transparent and kind.

Excellent Service. My ps4 fan bearing was going bad so I went in to request it fixed. They were very friendly and professional. Unfortunatly I had to go in a second time. No fault of theirs but the second fan was acting up in a similar manner but they have excellent work ethic and were quick to replace it at no extra charge. Very satisfied and will defidently do business with them again. Highly recommend their service for anyone needing repairs.

The nicest owner. Highly recommend over any other computer/phone store in the area. California needs more businesses like this that are nice and laid. (Also pretty cheap stuff too!)

I just wanted to leave a review to praise Gadget Exchange customer service. Unfortunately I have a video game console with water damage and another one with an HDMI issue. I utilized the message function on Google Maps and the company got back to me within 10 minutes with a polite and honest answer that these are not issues they currently work on for these particular consoles. I’m sure some companies would have been happy to charge me the diagnostic fee anyway, but they were transparent and saved me both an unnecessary fee and an unnecessary trip across town. If I have future issues with my electronics I will definitely reach out to them first!
