In 2020 we lost our home in the Glass fire. While we were rebuilding we went to Mark Thomas Homes to buy furniture for the whole house. We had a great experience. They helped us figure out exactly what woukd fit in our space, with different options. Every step of the way was easy and enjoyable! Our furniture has all been delivered and we love it. The delivery guys were wonderful. They took the time to be sure the furniture was perfectly placed where I wanted it. We are so happy with all of our choices, and can't wait to enjoy this furniture for years to come!

Mark Thomas has consistently stood behind the furniture we have bought there. When there was a minor problem with a barstool that we purchased, they were easy to deal with and contacted the manufacturer which replaced the stool. Very happy and impressed with the service received.

Everyone at Mark Thomas Home has been wonderful! We purchased quite a few pieces over the last year to fill our new home. The furniture they offer is very high quality, customizable, and comes at a very reasonable price. If you want to talk about real white glove delivery service, these guys are truly it! Tony and Hunter are awesome, so friendly and punctual! They are so mindful about being in your home and are extra careful when navigating furniture. Mary helped us find the perfect pieces for our home and did all the ordering for us. She is great and always on top of things! We had one issue fitting a piece of furniture through a narrow stairwell and Jim went above and beyond to figure out a solution to make the furniture work. The extra time he put in to make sure the piece worked was truly something you don’t see a lot of these days. We are so grateful. The experience we had with Mark Thomas Home is top notch and we will continue to buy from them in the future. Amazing service, friendly, and extremely accommodating, everything you could ask for! Mark Thomas Home IS THE PLACE TO SHOP for home furnishings. Absolutely no sales pressure here. They helped me from beginning to end. Katie was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, patient, and a whiz when it came to ideas to accomplish my new look for the family room and living room. She showed me every option; assisting me all the way through, from looking at different designs along with the selection from the huge abundance of fabrics to choose. The inventory of finishing touches; such as lamps, end & coffee tables and wall art were amazing too! Everything fit perfectly and changed my house into the dream home I had yearned! HUGE THANKS go to Katie, and the rest of the Mark Thomas Home Family, Jim, Sandi, the delivery guys and all the other employees who made me feel right at home every time I walked in the door!!!

Thanks very much to Jim N. for his excellent service. My recliner chair, purchased some years ago, was in need of adjustment and repairs. Everything, including pickup and return, was handled professionally. Nice to have my favorite chair in perfect working order again!

Jim Navas, the GM at Mark Thomas Home in Santa Rosa, CA, was friendly and supremely helpful in resolving a warranty issue with our Comfort Design couch. Jim was always pleasant. He came to our house twice--once to see the problem and again to install the replacement motors. We appreciate his commitment to excellent customer service.

Thumbs up for Mark Thomas Home! Their furniture is good quality and they stand behind their product. I had a swivel chair that had to have the base replaced several years after the purchase. A serviceman ordered the part, came to my home and did the repair for free.

Love this place. HUGE furniture store with timeless designs. The staff is warm and welcoming.... Loralai was truly a wealth of knowledge and very helpful in the buying process. A big thank you to store manger Jim Navas. The delivery crew of Tony and Hunter were awesome - very polite and friendly!

Some moths ago we ordered two beautiful power recliner loveseats from Mark Thomas Home Furniture in Santa Rosa. Outstanding customer service during the sale and home delivery. We ended up having an issue with the fabric staining. Mark Thomas gave us some suggestions on cleaning methods but when none worked they told us to come in and pick out new furniture. We have now ordered new pieces and with different fabric. All our questions were answered with professionalism and patience. And, we get to keep our current loveseats until the new furniture arrives. Customer Service par Excellence to whole team with special shout outs to Loralai and Jim! THANK YOU, THANK YOU!. We'll be back for our future furniture needs!

Jim from Mark Thomas Home came to look at the table we bought, which was developing water rings. He was professional and courteous. And he fixed the rings and put a coating on the table so it won’t happen again.

Great furniture and expert help. Got sale price on two pieces of furniture.

My only store for furniture over the past 25 years. I enjoyed dealing with the Pedersen family but find the staff remains the same high caliber as always.
The best thing for me has always been the service in delivering the furniture and fixing any flaws that may have happened during shipment.

We recently purchased a five piece Stickley bedroom set, of which MTH-SR carries several Stickley designs to choose from. There was an issue with the bed frame when delivered that the manager quickly dealt with himself to insure our satisfaction and happiness with MTH-SR. We would unequivocally recommend that anyone looking for quality home furnishings definitely check out what MTH-SR has to offer !

We had bought furniture before they changed hands it was a good store then and it is still a good store now we were looking for a bed and joe helped us out to find the right bed for us.it is a little pricey but you get what you pay for.thanks joe for all the help.
