This studio is such a wonderful welcoming space for anyone. The staff is friendly and attentive. The changing rooms and bathrooms are clean. Some classes have music and that’s just the best! You are really living the whole experience even just after one class! Any levels is the perfect level at this studio!

It was my first time and what impressed me most was the friendliness of the staff😁 I felt welcomed and had all of my questions answered in a very kind manner. The session was great I think Josie was the instructor super motivating and fun.

They pick great teachers! They all have a great personality, great flow, great music too.
I really enjoy the teachers and the vibe at Energize! The teachers I have gone to most have been Katie Gross and Charlotte. They both have a great grasp on anatomy, functional movement and their classes are high energy and fun!

My friend has been coming here for a long time and recommended this place to me. I was very nervous for my first class, but all the staff made me feel welcomed and showed me where everything was at. The instructors are amazing at what they do. I’m obsessed with hot Pilates now. I feel amazing and stronger just within these past two weeks of going!

The environment was so welcoming! I was so nervous about coming to class I almost didn't go because I was worried I would "fit in" but as soon as I got there everyone was so nice and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable! It was my first class and everyone told me if you need a break just take it don't feel like you have to keep up! Just have fun! And that made the class so much easier for me! Because I did have to take my breaks during the class and I didn't feel like one person was judging me. Overall just an amazing place and group of people and I can't wait to go back!

I love to take the classes led by Katie because she is a dedicated teacher, has perfect tunes, and overall great energy. If you’re looking for a welcoming and fun environment to exercise in, Energize is a stellar studio to visit!

Friendly, warm, welcoming and inviting staff and studio. Everything was clean and well kept. Plenty of storage for your belongings. Loved the floor in the studio I was in, seemed well suited for the hot yoga environment.

I absolutely love Bikram yoga, but hadn't done it for over 2 years due to the pandemic. Then I found this studio in Santa Rosa, bought the unlimited month intro deal, and have been 5 times so far. My body is SO happy. Great studio, easy metered parking nearby, easy class sign-up online, friendly and attentive staff and instructors. Loving it so far!

Immediately fell in love with Inferno Hot Pilates. Great energizing music and the instructors are so motivating! I look forward to every class it's the best part of my day!

Hadn't been in over 10 years... Was the same in the ways I like, improvements in areas that were just ok (locker rooms, studio floor).
Really appreciate that it is decoupled from bikram official and they can offer 1 hr Bikram express, plus other class types. Fits much more easily into my schedule than 90 min.
Online reservation system worked smoothly and I loved that I knew there would be a spot for me when I arrived.

Energize has changed my life. What a fantastic studio with amazing instructors. I haven’t experienced one instructor that wasn’t professional and well-spoken. Even if you’re even slightly interested, you should go.

Awesome classes. I buy the Virtual package but still break a sweat at home even without the heat. Good value for great classes.

Best Yoga Studio! Best workout 🏋🏻‍♀ lots of classes offered throughout the day. All teachers are different and all are great. Personally it has helped me not just physically but mentally. I come out of the classes feeling great and more positive.

I was very self conscious being out of shape and recovering from injury when I returned to in-person classes, but everyone was very welcoming. I am noticeably stronger and have increased energy and endurance after regularly attending Inferno Pilates at least 4x per week. The classes are a blast, like working out at a disco party!

Being the first time in I was welcomed and encouraged to try it. Staff at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful and the instructor was very educational and knowledgeable. I will be back and recommend the studio to others
