River Oak Pharmacy

River Oak has been my pharmacy for about 15 years. The customer service is exceptional! It’s so rare these days to find courteous, professional employees who patiently want to assist you. Additionally, they are very conscientious about getting my prescriptions mailed to me promptly. They remind me of the drugstores we had when I was a child growing up in a small town. I wish all stores offered thier kind of customer service, instead of making you feel like you’re a nuisance!

We love River Oak Pharmacy. They know when to refill my prescription and mail it to me in a timely manner so I never go without.

River oak pharmacy has been my pharmacy for several years now . The pharmacist and staff has always been quick to return calls and fill my meds .and they deliver for free. I prefer the small family owned business . Much better service !

I'm new to River Oak Pharmacy and it is the best, hands down. They are extremely friendly. It's almost as if you walked into a family members home. That's how everyone there treats people. I prefer this pharmacy out of any pharmacy there is. As long as they're around, I'll be their customer. 😁

I have been going to River Oak Pharmacy for over 20 years. They are always very friendly and very helpful. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Great pharmacy. Every Prescription is filled right on time. You also get a text alert when it's ready to pick up as well. Staff are always willing to help you with anything you need.

The staff is beyond excellent at riveroak. They work very hard for me when I have insurance issues. They always seem to have our medicine when the big chain drug stores can’t get them. That is why I have been using them and will continue to. Some how they always all seem to have smiles on their faces.

We have been loyal customers of Ken Cosner, Pharmacist, D., R.P.H., who is the owner and Pharmacist-in-charge, and the team at River Oak Pharmacy in Oakdale, California, for longer than I can even remember - many many years. We always have all our prescriptions filled there for several good reasons.

1 - We prefer to support locally owned local businesses. I don't like the big corporate pharmacies, even when their prices might be slightly less. I think it is a good investment in our local communities to support the locally owned businesses.
2 - River Oak Pharmacy is a compounding pharmacy. That's very important, since some needs are not met by big Pharma, and a local compounding pharmacy like River Oak can create customized prescriptions to fill a specific need. There is no other pharmacy in Oakdale or even other nearby towns, as far as I know, that has the highly trained specialized staff that can compound custom prescriptions. They even can provide compounds for pet's special needs.
3 - Ken and the staff are always extremely helpful and friendly. They put emphasis on customer satisfaction, and quality work.
4 - They offer prescription refill consolidation, for those with several recurring prescriptions, to help ensure timely refills and convenience for the customers. With that option, refills are handled automatically by the staff.
5 - Prescription local delivery is also an option.
6 - Optional phone calls and/or text alerts are available for renewal notifications, or pickup notification whenever a prescription has been filled.

Rarely is there a long line and have never had to wait more than five minutes in line. Everyone is professional and polite. When I’ve need to call and speak with a member of ROP staff, I’m connected almost immediately.
