The sandwiches are fantastic, the staff is so polite and friendly and the drinks are delicious. After a heartwarming hello, they are down and ready to get you what you want. You gotta try the macaroons so damn good. They don't skimp on the sandwiches and I haven't had a bad one yet. There are so many tea's to choose from and a plethora of items to add to it. Try it you will like it.

It's always a pleasure and a treat to go to Sub & Deli USA! Lin and Ken provide a friendly atmosphere, excellent quality and a wide range of items.
From this establishment, one can currently choose from: a great selection of subs, sandwiches, wraps and combos and also order catering trays. They also have a selection of (around) 80 flavors and combinations of milk teas, smoothies, coffees, and 9 toppings.
If you know what you like, they do keep the tried and true favorites for you. But what I find to be the most enjoyable, is trying new flavors and combinations recommended by Lin! She hasn't led me to a bad flavor combo yet!
-A Small (24 oz) is 5.50 and you get 1 free topping
-A Large (I believe is at least 30 oz) is $1.99 more and you get 2 free toppings
Their shop is open from Monday-Saturday from 10 am-7pm, and they also accept orders called in for pick up!

I ordered the BLT sandwich with chicken and it was AMAZING!! Freshly made and warm, my little brother got the Oreo macaroon ice cream which he gobbled up as well. The two owners were super polite and friendly, definitely coming back here to try the boba next time. Highly recommend if you like sandwiches.

Excellent service, we were greeted when we walked in, never been here before so we needed time to look at the menu and decide what we wanted and staff was very patient with us.
Made our sandwiches fast and seems like quality meats and bread.
Store was clean with PLENTY of seating. Not a lot of menu choices but it's very customizable.
One of the things I enjoyed was the bubble tea and the variety of drinks (for the kids)
I ordered the cold combo with everything and my wife ordered the lunch combo that comes with a sub, salad and drink.
Better than any subway or chain sub restaurant.

This is the definition of a hidden gem. Always great and always friendly. I've been coming here for almost 40 years and no matter the owner or generation it's great. The same sandwiches (bread and meat suppliers) as I remember as a kid.

The "new" owners (they've had the place for a bit now) are extremely friendly. It has a wonderful family atmosphere. My favorite place to get a great sandwich in the 209.

Very friendly! The sandwiches are fresh and delicious. I prefer this place over the big chain places.

They have lots of options. I've tried the cotton candy, passion fruit and ube boba only so far but plan to try others. The Ube boba is my favorite. They have subs, which I have not tried yet. The place is clean and the owners are friendly.

I love this place so very much! I love the atmosphere and the family that owns it is so amazing! They make me feel so welcomed I have recommended this to my whole family and friends their boba is top tier I would chose this over quickly or bobalicious any day they are so authentic and yummy! their sandwiches are home style and they are also so good! And i can’t say this enough but the workers are so lovely 🥹🫶

VERY, VERY, VERY kind! Amazing customer service, I believe this is a family-owned business and the environment here is so heartwarming. I have been 2 times, and both times they have been extremely caring and have made sure I liked my order. I don't like my drinks to be too sweet, and so I asked for my drinks to be a lot less sweet than normal and they have always made me try my drink and let them know if I want them to make any changes. HOW CUTE!

Don't let the name fool you. While this place does serve great sandwiches, the real draw is their boba drinks and smoothies. This is the best boba place in the Modesto area. And it's family owned too so you know you're supporting a small business rather than a large chain like Quickly which is located in the same shopping center.

Best sandwich shop ever. they do not hold back with filling up sandwiches and drinks- you get your moneys worth (which they have very good prices). We go here all the time. Very polite and great service.

This place is so delicious! Best sandwich I've probably ever had! And their boba drinks omg the best, my favorite is the tiger sugar and they have ice cream filled macaroons! If you haven't stopped there I highly recommend you do so! 10/10! Staff is super nice and friendly it's a comfortable environment good vibes all around

I was deceived. I didn’t come here sooner because I thought it was just sandwiche fare, but they have one of the biggest selection of boba and coffee flavors around. Many common drinks found everywhere but they boast dozens of asian and western flavor combinations not found anywhere else. Italian sodas, sandwiches and wraps round out this place to be a above average lunch spot.

The people working here are unbelievably nice. when they know it’s your first time they will hook it up with samples and when you’re ordering they’re not judgy and they’re super friendly. They always seem happy to be there. I’ve gone for years and they may not be perfect but over the years they’ve gotten better and better.

Ok, my beautiful bobba lovers. Here is my review for you. This is the best place to get your bobbas or your teas. I love bobba and I tried different places around modesto turlock and ceres. And I can only say that I love, love ❤ 😍 💖 ❣ 💕 the flavors, size, texture and most of all the owners. Come and get your bobbas here!. I don't go anywhere else anymore, just here.I know you will too. The time is worth it, my beautiful people, they do it fresh, be patient. (Great things takes time to do!)

Everytime I walk in I'm greeted with friendly staff! They're patient and calm and always let me sample and make suggestions as to what new drink I should try! I absolutely love this place and wish there was one in Modesto! I always recommend to friends & family ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

AMAZING people. A family owns it and they make me feel so welcome. The first time I went to Sub and Deli I felt at home! Definitely recommend. They really are great people that give so much effort and love.

Best sandwich I've had in a long time, the lady gave me samples of the wheat bread with avocado and samples of the Thai Tea and Milk Tea...I've seen this place on my way out of the gym but I go late nights and it's always closed. Decided to try it on my lunch break and their Turkey Avocado sandwich is amazing!! The wheat bread is soo good and I've honestly never tried Thai Tea and now I think I'll be getting it way more often. Recommend 100%!!
