I had a accident with my travel trailer. I did some damage to the right side. They fixed it. I'm real happy to have my home back. All of the crew was a big help. This includes all the crew. They quoted me a price and lucky insurance company paid for the damage. I bought my travel trailer from them and I received a great deal. Thank you Don's RV!

We traded in our previous toy hauler for a new 2022 Carbon 398 and we can't say enough about the entire staff at Don's RV Center from Kyle, Art & Norville with the sales and finance team to Ernie, Manuel, Mario and the rest of the service team.

We worked a deal over the phone and a few days later did a day trip from Las Vegas and back, the entire team made our long trip as quick and convenient as possible. Mario and Manuel took the time to go over the new Carbon inside and out including making sure the setup was safe for the travel back. Huge thanks and appreciation to the entire team, we highly recommend Don's RV Center!

Team here at Dons RV was amazing, I knew what I wanted and came from out of town. Everything was ready when I arrived. As a first time trailer buyer I had a bit of anxiety, the team at Dons was great, they heard my concerns and answered all questions. Most importantly they helped me feel comfortable and no pressure. They're also dog friendly which was awesome. Mario in the service department went above and beyond with a hitch issue I had. Would definitely recommend that team to anyone.

You may or may not have had an RV service department nightmare at some point. I certainly did with another dealer I won’t mention . Took my RV to Don’s for a gulfsteam warranty issue another dealer made a mess of . Met with Mario he worked with the factory was able to facilitate the full repair . Good communication and top quality workmanship! Will definitely be visiting Dons when ready for an upgrade. The service portion of purchasing a new RV plays a big part for us .

I have been enjoying RV ownership since my first 1988 South wind. Delta with many dealerships on repairs. I have to say, Don’s RV Service is the best service dealer I have to use. Took my 2024 Montana 3231RL for its first service I could have brought it there the day I called and I was told I could bring it in that day. Told him that would not work for me. They said what about the next day. I had a dentist appointment so that didn’t work either, so I brought it there Wednesday the third day. Unheard of of getting something in for service that quick . I had the opportunity to work with Mario Posadas on my Service needs. Mario did an outstanding job have getting it repaired and walking me through the repairs when I picked it up today. Hands-down Don’s RV rocks Sales and service. I highly recommend Dons RV Center for Purchase and for Service.

We love our RV and had such a great buying experience from Don’s RV. Ours salesman Julio, to the finance manger, to Travis and Mario in parts, and everyone else, thank you for making our first RV experience such a great one. Anyone that wants to tow with their Tesla’s, come here! They did such a great job and will help you get exactly what you need.

So excited for our new Montana! Purchasing this RV from Don’s RV was a very pleasant & easy experience. Julio Handled our tour through the fifth wheel and was so knowledgeable answering every question regarding any specs, Equipment and sizes… I was very impressed! We called inquiring about having a new toilet and bidet installed in our 2021 Jayco Greyhawk 29mv. We spoke to Mario on the phone and he was so helpful and knowledgeable that scheduled the appointment for the install right away! When we showed up to drop off the RV we also asked about an addition hand rail for access into our RV. He showed us several different options and we chose one. He called us to let us know our RV was ready the next day. We could not be happier with the install and the service we received! We would give Mario ***** stars for great customer service! Very pleased and will be getting all our service done at Don’s RV!!

Trying to identify a shock for my motorhome at the last minute Josh is a hero! With 2 minutes to spare he helped me figure out which of the two available was the correct one and saved me $300 dollars in double ordering. I will surely refer everyone to Don's and thank yall kindly for the help in a pinch!

We purchased a new 2023 Montana 3901RK Legacy from Don's RV, during transportation to us there was an unfortunate incident. Don's RV and Service Manager Mario stepped up and took care of the damage/ repairs. Mario did exactly what he told us, he made our RV top priority, performed the repairs and in a "extremely fast" turn around. When we pick up our Montana, Mario went over the scope of work with us and the RV was "clean inside and out".

I rarely give reviews, but this is a case of a business and a service person, "Mario" that went above and beyond taking care of a customer.... We really appreciate what you did for us.... Thank you again.

Excellent customer service. We bought a toyhauler from Damian who was responsive and answered all questions. Norville in finance also kept us informed as well as got the term and payment where we wanted it. We drove down from Reno NV to pick up the trailer Norville had all the paperwork ready to sign including all the Nevada DMV paperwork. Damian then gave a thorough walk through. We bought some goodies from parts and home we went. Very simple process. I would definitely recommend Dons RV and we will be returning customers in the future if we decide to upgrade our trailer.

Great experience.
Bought my first toy hauler from Don’s RV Center about a week ago. Salesman Kyle went above and beyond to answer all of my many questions and helped make it a seamless process. Everyone else I spoke to from finance to parts were very helpful and made for a very pleasant experience.

From the time I walked in the door, till I drove away after my walk-through, my experience at Don's RV, and with Kyle specifically, was excellent. I got a good, fair deal and would recommend Don's (and Kyle) to anyone looking to get a new or used RV.

We have been loyal customers of Dons RV for years. They are always our go to… being fair, honest and always willing to help. Over the last month and a half we had some major struggles with the service department. We were almost certain we would never go back. We communicated our displeasure with them…. and ended up having to return due to warranty work of our last service. We are pleased to say that they apologized for what happened and exceeded our expectations in making it right. We specifically dealt with Kim and Mario (they weren’t the ones who wronged us) and we are happy customers once again. Thank you for going above and beyond and we WILL be back!

Amazing staff! Rafael and Mario were great! Not pushy and very helpful. What a difference from Best RV down the street. The difference is in the staff and the fact they want to sell a trailer that you will be happy with and. They can service if needed. Do yourself a favor and go to a place where they actually care that you are happy.

We were very happy with our purchase on our brand new Forest River Vibe through Don's RV Center! Thank you, thank you, you guys, you are all awesome. Took care of our needs, even on our first camping trip. They continued to help use. I was surprised they did that. I appreciate the care they offer, even after buying the 5th wheel. Real true customer service here. I recommend coming out here, if they don't have the answer. Be patient, they will find it for you.

We saw this RC center off of 99 on our way to another RV place in Turlock and decided to stop and look after looking online. They had great selections, awesome customer service and helped us get approved for what we wanted. Jay was so helpful and the Manager Art was very friendly. We were so happy we stopped! We will recommend Don's RV to family and friends and will return to purchase another trailer in the future.
