Friendly and thorough staff!! I had a dental emergency and called several offices that would not see me for one week. Margie is a Saint and very knowledgeable f insurance. She fit me in due to having a swollen face and told me to come ASAP! I’ve been a patient here for years and never had a bad experience. They work with me and my insurance and are very knowledgeable and friendly. I couldn’t ask for a better dentist, he does great work!

I have had the best experience with the staff. My new front teeth look amazing and I haven't even gotten my final crowns yet!! Even the waiting periods between my appointments are less than most dentists I've been too. These people care about you and the health of your mouth even when they are out of the office you are a priority. Outstanding!!! I have and will continue to recommend this office! The best!!

Excellent, professional service from everyone on staff. No one was pushing any unnecessary or ill-advised treatments. When Dr Villaroman took a look at my X-rays he said everything looked fine, even though he knew I hadn't been to any dentist in a couple of years. They could have told me I had a couple of cavities and I would have believed them. I even mentioned that I thought maybe I did.

The whole team is pleasant and good at their job. Would recommend.

I was in the lobby minding my own business waiting for another office in the same building, which shares the same lobby as this dental office, when the gal from this dental office says I can't sit on that side of the lobby... there is no signage saying I can't sit there. It's a SHARED lobby. Just because I was sitting a few seats closer to her door, I guess it bothered her. I have never been to this dental office, but I was looking into it. But after seeing how rude she was, I will definitely not be going to this dental office. If this is how they treat people minding their own business, I would hate to see how they treat people who walk into their office. Was not friendly. Was just rude by asking us to sit a few chairs down.

Most unprofessional receptionist ever. I have called continuously to try to set up an appointment. I have left voicemails with no call back. I finally got to speak to the reception Margie. This woman was very unprofessional as she was so condescending when I was asking her questions about their dental services. She ruined my day! I live 90 miles away and was hoping to make an appointment with the dentist. After speaking to that woman I will be going else where. I am willing to pay more and get treated with respect. It is mind-boggling that this woman is a receptionist with absolutely no customer service skills. If I could I would not give ANY stars!

I’ve been a patient here for many years I stopped coming for a while and I recently returned back in 2020. My first experience and impression of this office was great many years ago. However since then this dentist office has changed significantly. The front desk receptionist (Margie) is unprofessional, extremely rude, lazy, and unknowledgeable. She never picks up the phone I have to call multiple times for days to get ahold of her. When she does reach out she will text you instead of calling you like a normal dentist office would regarding appointments and other important information regarding my treatment. She took TWO months to “check my insurance “ most offices check while I’m on the phone and never an issue. I have referred 4 people the past year to this office and all 4 went elsewhere because they could never get ahold of someone. I wont be returning again!

Very rude receptionist! I placed a review on YELP & it was deleted for no reason! I was just giving my view on things. I went ahead and posted the picture so you could read! Go SOMEWHERE ELSE!! You don’t need to put up with the rudeness of the receptionist!
