This was my first appointment that lasted 90 minutes, pleasant, friendly staff. Wait time was normal.

Easy to get appointments,Always helpful and did great job with my crowns.Leading dr Goyal awesome, very friendly and always smiling.And manager Orlando always work with the schedule and insurance. Thanks

Great experience today at Western Dental and Orthodontics on Coffee Road! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with prompt service and professionalism. Kenya and Stephanie and everyone else went above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of.

Took my granddaughter in to the Modesto office on Coffee last February for a check up, "No Cavities". The Dentist and all the staff were great. Brought her in a week later for a cleaning and consultation with Orthodontist and about 2 and a half hours later my granddaughter walked out with very clean polished teeth and BRACES!!!! This office is just so awesome, and very helpful. The whole staff is just AMAZING!!

Modesto, Ca 95355 the office manager Orlando was very professional and helped me a lot. The X-ray technician was very professional, the nurses were very kind, helpful and very professional. The dentist who pulled my top teeth he was very polite, kind,very thoughtful, concerned and professional . The second dentist who pulled my bottom teeth and I choose to be put sleep was very theral, kind, thoughtful, concerned and professional. The dentist who did my dentures was very gentle and made sure that they fit before sending them out to be made and very professional. The front desk employees always greeted me in a knd and professional way so over all my experience with Western Dental was excellent 👍.

I was terrified of the dentist, haven't been to one in 49 yrs, had a bad experience...never went back.
They treated me very well made sure I was comfortable...and proceeded to pull a large molar in the back.
Talked me through everything, the Dentist was young Asian, his assistant was fantastic.....no pain they really took the time someone like me needed. Thank to you all for a great visit.....not afraid to come back....Liz in waterford

My dental visit here went amazing! I felt bad because I had to reschedule twice, once was the day before an appointment, and they still treated me fantastically inside the office. My dentist and her assistant were so nice and made me feel very comfortable being in the office. They wore full ppe which helped me not have anxiety about being in a doctor's office at this time. The dentist took so much care to make sure I was doing well during the process that i can really say this was the best dentist visit I've ever had. She also did a fantastic job on my fillings and I had no pain during or after the procedure. I Highly recommend this place, and will definitely be coming here for any future work needed.

I’ve always had a good experience with the staff here, they always help me with what I need and answer all my questions (I always have so many). They do get very busy sometimes so you have to be understanding as a patient. Today I got all four wisdom teeth out, I was under IV sedation they did a great job and were so friendly and understanding I was very nervous.

I love the Access Dental clinic all the Staff are very friendly the girl's In the front office are very kind and helpful. Holly is one of the dentist assistant she's awesome with the kids she makes them feel comfortable while the dentist works on them. The Dentist is very friendly and caring too. My 4 year old was having a toothache and they took him in right away the Dentist was very attentive with my child as his patient. They are also very good in their schedule times you get called in like 10 minutes after you check in is super fast.

2nd best day of my life!!! The nice lady assisting the dentist was amazing! They were able to put on my braces the same day as my consultation!! I'm so happy!!!

The whole staff at Western Dental helped make our experience great. I took both my boys and they scheduled us at the same time. It was a short wait and when we were in the back room also a very quick wait. I’m excited to have them as my kids dentist office.

Went in to have my wisdom teeth out and they finished very quickly! The staff were all super kind (especially Holly and Allison) and I haven't had any issues or pain at all during recovery.

Every time I go to the coffee road location, I have an absolute amazing experience! Granted dental work is never fun, they do amazing making sure you feel comfortable. Very friendly staff, easy to talk to, and I can honestly say I won't go anywhere else. Love them!

Today my experience was great! I understand dentist offices are busy. I had to call several times but was worth it. Great service was great. The dentist was amazing and staff very helpful.
