The service Manager Danny is awesome. Although I was in a messed up situation, he tried to get my services done fast and was very thorough and detailed with keeping me updated at every step. I will definitely be returning to Modesto Nissan... thank yall!

This is my 2nd time to use the service department. I bought my car at a different Nissan dealership in another city I won't mention and they would always try to over charge for unnecessary things I needed done so I thought I'd give Central Valley a try and both times they took care of me in a timely manner and charged me fairly also the employees were very friendly. Thank you.

Travis is #1 best service guy ever..... especially for this girl who knows nothing about cars!! Always a pleasure to go knowing he's there to help!!

I would give it a zero star if possible for the service department. This dealer has the habit of setting appointments and not respecting the times. They make customers wait hours before actually taking your car in. They don't keep you updated on what the status is on your car. This is horrible customer service. I do not recommend this dealer at all for service. The car dealer salesman are a different subject, we had an excellent experience when my husband bought his truck.

We always take our car into Nissan for issues and always have the same answers... Nothings wrong . Clearly if the car is smelling heavily like gas and other mechanics can diagnose then there is an issue here ... Never an answer. We have an extended gold warranty and we never get our issues fixed . We have to pay 185 just for nothing . Ridiculous.

Avoid this place. Actually, don't buy a Nissan. The people at this place are unprofessional and don't honor appointments. I had to lose time from work because they did not honor my appointment and my car had to stay at the dealer over night. They also charged me a lot more than other dealers around the area charge for a new transmission reprogram. I learned my lesson, do not go here ever again.

the service is not bad it is lousy. I took my car because it made a noise and for the pure diagnosis it was 200 dlls and they said there is nothing, I take it to another place because the car is still the same and in that other place if they find a problem with my car, lousy service from Nissan

I went to this dealer twice because I bought a white Nissan Frontier 2022 and the paint starts to come out rail dust and they never give me an answer that what can do for me… they just tell me the manager has to be here, the manager have to see it first.. when we are here I never see him there. It’s frustrating to see how they treat you like nothing.
