The air machine does not belong to the Shell Station, and it's against their policy to turn it on if you haven't purchased fuel that day. Perhaps Briana should stop acting so entitled and bring a quarter for the slot next time.

I wish I could leave no stars. I got to this shell at least twice a week for snacks or gas. Its walking distance from my work. Im sad to say I will never go back for gas or anything. This morning my tire was going flat so I went to shell because it was so close to where I was. I was refused by the sales clerk for air because I was not going to be pumping gas. Even though I spend my money here constantly. I wasnt permitted to put air in my tire. Just so you know its illegal to "charge for air". So me and my flat tire had to drive away. Thank you rude employees of shell I wont ever be back. I would rather drive to another gas station further away then give any buisness to this ignorant establishment.

I would leave a 0 if I could 2 old racist white ladies very rude to me my car has no air in the tires I have no money and they won't let me put air in my tires and was very rude said I had to pay when machine says free air
