Lore (fitness trainer) is amazing! Really pushes you to your highest potential, and I can already tell I am going to love everything about his place

Edit: I love this place. They really push you & encourage you to keep going. I never knew I had it in me to do the kind of workouts they have me doing. One hour is enough for a great workout. 👍🏼
