I have to give this place a review because I went to enterprise car rental prior to coming here as I went there they told me on the phone that my deposit would only be $100 and the rental would be 35 a day. I show up to enterprise and they wanted $300 deposit and 46 a day for the car, I called courtesy they had enough Pick me up not only did they pick me up but they got me in my rental for $100 deposit and my rental car is a lot cheaper than $46 a day The woman at the desk,(Lyndsey) and the gentleman that was at the desk Were so professional and so amazing. I’ve never felt so comfortable renting a car I felt like I was visiting family that is the best place to go to Rent-A-Car. They are really professional. They will help you get into something that you can afford. They’re clean they’re caring I absolutely love this place. I highly recommend it and being a 46-year-old woman that’s been in the military and traveled everywhere in the world. I could literally tell you this is the best experience I’ve ever had in my life. I absolutely love this place and Lyndsey at the desk she was absolutely amazing. I cannot thank you guys enough because right now I really needed a rental car and it was either getting into a car or losing my job so this place literally saved my life and they have the most amazing attitude and they’re so kind. I can’t thank you enough.

Always helpful, staff Is friendly, great prices for a rental car when mine was in the shop. They even offer a shuttle ride to their office an after ur rental... awesome local place...

I was in a bind a few months back and needed a vehicle of 8 passengers for a one day trip and at first I was denied. But when I explained my situation, I was accommodated and in an enormously genuine way. I made my reservation and picked up the vehicle the next day. The vehicle I needed was reserved for the same day I would need to return it, but in the afternoon. I agreed to return it early morning, giving them enough time to clean and get it ready for the next party.
The vehicle was in great condition and gave no issues. The employees were of great personalities and very professional and polite. All questions were answered and explained to be understood.
Pricing was great for the size, quality and timing of my rental. My vehicle was left overnight in their lot with no issues or damages.
I look forward to renting from here again and will continue to recommend them.

I don't normally do reviews but this place is great! Super affordable and it was easy. Lyndsey gave me a great deal and I was outta the office in like 5 minutes. If you need a rental just come here it's stress free!

After a terrible experience at a popular nation wide chain car rental service when at 8:00am the morning of, the car I reserved a month in advance for a vacation trip was for some reason not available. On my way home upset with my wife I decided to swing by Courtesy as a last ditch effort to save our vacation. Not only were they open they were extremely nice, helpful and had a nice choice of vehicles to rent at decent prices. We were on the road in about 15 to 20 minutes. Vacation disaster averted!

Courtesy is an excellent small business. Their staff is very helpful. Their policies and pricing are very good, especially compared to the better known large companies. The owner shuttled me back home after I dropped my rental off, which was a huge help! I cannot recommend then enough.

Had such a pleasant experience here. Lyndsay has the best customer service out of anyone I’ve met in Merced thus far. They treat you like people and don’t require a $500 deposit. Outstanding! Better than the big name competitors by a long shot.

The car I got was very clean, newer and very fuel efficient and the rental cost was very good, instead of trying to get me to buy their insurance they called mine to verify I would be covered saving me some money. First time I've ever driven a Nissan. I will definitely be coming back here for my next rental.

I needed a car basically last minute due to mine breaking down and needing to go into the shop. Sim was helpful, understanding, and very kind. I spoke with her over the phone a few times to sort things out and she was just awesome and helped me set things up. Paul came and picked me up at my location and was outstanding. Always accommodating, very friendly staff all the way around. Rate are very good all there vehicles are always clean and running great. My trip to Vegas was excellent not one problem. Most recently I rented a car for a day then got the call my car wasn't going to be ready. Long story short I had to call two more times to extend my rental they had no problem taking care of me over the phone. I recommend Courtesy Rent A Car, A++++ .

I have been a customer with Courtesy rentals for about four years. In the very beginning I was immediately impressed with their professionalism and great customer service. The owners and staff always go above and beyond to accommodate your request and financial concerns. It's not just about profit with this business, they truly want you to be happy and satisfied with their service. Their vehicles are clean, well maintained, in excellent condition and safe. No matter how busy they are, you will get the same wonderful care from everyone in the building. I myself work as a driver and also am in the customer service field, so I know an outstanding business with outstanding people when I come across one and this business is at the top and could show others how to treat their customers. I always highly recommend this company to my friends and co-workers. I have actually put off purchasing my own vehicle for a bit longer because I am secure in the knowledge that Courtesy rentals will always be there for me when I need them. I've through rough rental dealers and they r all into rush rush and rush. With COURTESY RENT A CAR not only I experienced with courtesy and respect my 2 children felt at ease and welcoming. Very rear does that happened. Very profession and well handling of business I'm all for that. The staff at courtesy rent-a-car in Merced are really professional and friendly. They helped me arrange insurance, completed my booking efficiently, and I was on the road in no time. When I returned the car they signed me off quickly and even gave me a lift to the airport. What great service, I will be back.

I had a positive experience with Courtesy Car Renatl. The price is fair, the car was very clean, and the entire transaction was smooth. The only negative thing I can say is that I have never been given a certain amount of miles. I understand that is Courtesy's policy and if I wanted more miles, I could have purchased more. In the past, whenever I have rented a car, I get the car and go. Aside from the specific miles allotted, I would definitely rent a car from Courtesy in the future.
