Really nice staff and delicious food. Wonderful environment, would love to come to one of their off air nights. My partner and I love the chipotle chicken sandwich and the breakfast pastry item.

Great place to come for breakfast and lunch. Got to try Mexican mocha. Couldn’t take pic because food looked so good had to eat. We had the downtown burger , avocado toast and breakfast sandwich. Great prices.

I stopped by before leaving town. The food was excellent, would for sure come back if in Modesto again.

Really nice place. Liked that it was spacious. Generous portions and good food. Did not order a coffee but saw just about everyone else get one. I got their Hash breakfast plate. I also do like that you pay ahead of time so when you're done eating you can just leave and don't have to wait on a check. Was in and out in 45 minutes. That's excellent for 10am Saturday breakfast.

Had their Chicken Chipotle Panini with their chips. Tasted great. Perfect portion size and a good value.

There is outdoor seating, indoor and patio seating as well! The furniture is one thing to enjoy, but the food is spot on & incredibly priced! The place is also mindful of those who need muted furniture such as sleeping infants or those with environmental needs.

When you walk in, you will be greeted by a wide-open overhead environment with plenty of room to walk and breath! It is beautifully ventilated for one to take in right sized menu near the register.

There is also another half of the dine in area that is significantly comfier for those that need a bit of workspace, or for a more intimate experience without the need for a reservation. A perfect spot for bringing family out to dinner with kids, who will have space to explore not too far from one's table.

There is also various art on the walls made by local artists to enjoy.

Vegan, vegetarian & meat eater friendly! The drinks are perfect for coffee drinkers, alcohol enthusiasts and soft drinkers alike!

There is also an amazing music scene here on special occasions!

My only two complaints are the one day being closed being Mondays while the hours of business usually shutting down by 4pm (Unless there is a show scheduled, leaving the evening open for a music environment.)

Neither of these 2 complaints take away from it's charm and unique cafe approach to eating out!

This is an LGBTQIA+ safe space and is hella worth the visit off the freeway <3

Friendly and fast service. I only ordered a Mexican Mocha to go. It is excellent.
I would love to come back and try some of the items off of their diverse menu. The menu reminds me of Squat and Gobble in San Francisco. Indoor and outdoor seating are available.

New owners so went to try it out. Had the chicken salad sandwich. It was different than the original, but very tasty non the less. I will come back to try out their other choices! Service was friendly, everything was clean and has the same nice atmosphere. The addition of the parklet is awesome! Hope to see more of them downtown.

Service was fine. But the fact that I left me phone on the table, came back and immediately was handed my phone. Very cool. I had the ceaser salad, the dressing was delicious and the chicken was tasty,. Like a lite char flavor.

I don't eat out much in modesto. I'm from the bay area and this amazing spot is truly the diamond among the rocks! Great prices amazing food! Flavors are delectable to say the least!! A MUST STOP!!

Had the breakfast burrito with sausage! It was great, a little spicy with the green salsa on the side but still really good. They're very busy on the Saturday morning we were there but service was still top notch and quick 👍. Great music, great food, great service 👌.

Best place to have a quick meal. They have everything you could want for a quick lunch or even a leisurely one. Great staff and quick service. Variety of unique items on the menu. And local beer on tap. Check them out!

Their grilled portobello mushroom and onion, goat cheese, tomato and romaine lettuce on ciabatta bread was delicious. I had a taste of their BLT and their sausage and egg croissant sandwiches--the chef is at ONE with the bacon, because that was the best BLT I've ever had--and the croissant was a beautiful buttery layered piece of art. Wonderful service and excellent food.

It'll be pretty darn good, no matter what you order. I've been eating here for YEARS - - like fifteen years, and it's been consistent throughout. Good quality food, nice service, and both casual and hip at the same the time. Every single thing on menu is good - seriously. I love the changing art on the walls too!

I love coming here (usually twice a year during the Homeschool convention that takes place downtown). Staff is all around wonderful! Love their cappuccino, Mango tea, and the food! Their salads are portioned perfectly and they’re delicious. Their breakfast is simple yet great! The ambiance is comfortable and casual. Bathroom was clean!

Heather run a top notch cafe with great tasting, fresh, food and drinks. The staff is always pleasant, even when busy. My favorites are the burgers, the chicken salad sandwich, and her Asian chicken salad.
