Huge and great equipped gym. They have a wide range of free weight as well as machine options (many of which are from Hammer Strength). Staff was also incredibly friendly. Was visiting from out of town but if I lived here I would definitely become a member in this gym!

This place is awesome. Just used it for a day passing through Santa Rosa with our active and fit membership and Stan the owner is right there at the front desk to show us around and tell us about the club. Clean restrooms and showers, great free weight section, and my wife loved the women's only area. Wish I lived here so I could call this place my home gym!

I've been a member of the gym for 32 years, Since January 1989. Basically I missed all of 2020 due to Covid19 shutdown. The good news is during that time Stan & his crew when through the gym and did a complete remodel and upgrade. The place is awesome. It's so nice to come back to new carpeting, new paint, remodel bathrooms, updated stalls, new tile floors, and the equipment is very clean. There are sanitizing stations everywhere. It is not crowded at all. No matter what time you come here there is plenty of room for everyone. If you were a previous member please return. If you have not been here please come to check it out. Classic gym feeling here. Like it better than the other chain gyms in Santa Rosa.
