ABC Dental Care

This place feels more like home then a Dentist office. I took my 3 kids and myself to get seen, and Dr Vu and his wife are the sweetest people. My kids were so well behaved and said nothing hurt that they did.. that's exciting as a parent since I have a 6 year old 11 and 13. Can't give enough to them for caring so much.

Best dentist around! I hate the dentist but he is awesome fast and great at his job.. want a tooth pulled need a cleaning need anything done come here.. he has pulled two teeth out for me two for my son and not only that each time no pain no nothing.. yeah the shot hurts but other than that everything else is perfect his staff are careing and there for you.. never a long wait.. he has three rooms and he moves right through them fast no playing around gets his job done. And does it right.. I've only met one other dentist like this that I went back to more then once and she is all the way in North Carolina... 😔

I have a really really bad fear of the dentist. This dentist is amazing!! Even tho I was like 15?when I started going and at that age they don’t usually let parents back because the room is so small they let my mom come back when we explained my anxiety and fear of getting work done. The first time I burst into tears when all the did was X-Rays Because I was horrified at what was going to have to be done to fix my teeth. They gave me time to calm down they reassured me that all it was was x-Rays and a cleaning. I can honestly say I’m not as scared as I used to be. I love this dentist. He’s amazing.

Have been going to ABC Dental since 2003. My kids and I love you guys. Great caring dentists!!

I have been coming here for a couple of years now and me and my son really like the service here. Very nice and polite people.

People need to learn how to treat customers. I'm not going to go into detail about my experience, but I can tell you that from the other 1 star reviews, they are warranted.
Lesson here is: Be kind to your paying customers or pay the consequences of a failing business.
Google is amazing in the sense that it gives us the ability to share our experiences both good and bad with each other.

Long review but worth reading. I don't often write negative reviews but this is warrented. I made an appt for my 6 y/o son as a new pt. His last dentist had ridiculous wait times.His filling broke and I explained to my son the process x-rays, shots, the numb feeling, ect. I've always told him about shots or anything else to let him know it's going to hurt a bit to prepare him so there's no surprise. We were called to the back and the lady at the front counter (mid 50's Asian lady) took us to our room. She was filling out papers, I walked over to the counter and received a notification on my phone, pulled it out of my pocket to check and she yelled at me to not touch it. I was told if she seen my phone again I would get kicked out of the room. I told my son it's almost time to be brave because of the shots. She asked to speak with me in the hall. She proceeded to tell me that my negativity was not welcome there. I was lost and had no idea what she was talking about. Shots. That was the "negative" word. I told her that I explained the process of getting a filling prior to our arrival. She told me that's not how they do things there and if I am in their office, I WILL tell him that they are going to "Get the sugar bugs out of his mouth after they make his tooth go night night, and give his tooth a brand new silver star" I told her absolutely not. I was not going to subject my son to such childish vocabulary as I am 100% honest and forward with him. She said I will cooperate or I could leave. I told her she could feel free to use whatever verbiage she wanted. We went back into the room and I stood by the back counter where she told me I would have to stand when the dr came in. She said I forced him to distrust them from the beginning by telling him the truth and he wasn't going to sit still. I said he will be fine and sit still he might just tense up a bit when they give him injection's she responded "If he doesn't you are not welcome back here." I wanted to walk out, but I took a breath and swallowed it because it had to be fixed ASAP. The dr came in to start the injections and I was standing in my corner watching. She yelled at me "Go stand by the door NOW!" I go stand by the door, lean against the door frame and she repeats, "I said by the door." I was literally against it. I said, "I don't know what you want me to do I'm by the door!" The dentist (I believe husband) turns and tells me to stop my attitude? The lady walks over, hooks her arm around mine and said, "We will just stand together if you can't listen." THEN YANKED ME BACK INTO THE HALLWAY! I tripped over myself almost falling. I told her to keep her hands off of me it was absolutely uncalled for and she laughed. She LAUGHED! We were waiting for the lidocaine to kick in, she came back. I was sitting in the chair talking to my son and she proceeds to start an argument in front of my son. She said we are a team and you are going to do what I say.... I told her she has her own views and DOES NOT give her the right to tell me that my parenting is wrong! I told her if anything you should respect my wishes and talk to my son the way he is accustomed to. She 100% refused and told me if I say one word to him that is "negative" I would be kicked out of the room to which I responded if you kick me out he is going with me. I would never in my life trust this woman to be alone with my son. She told me I would have to get off of the chair when the dr/assistant came in to do their work. She said you pick a corner to stand in. I told her ok I won't be in the way. She yelled at me to get off her chair and go to my corner.. what is wrong with this woman?! Never in my life have I been treated so poorly. Just for being honest with my son. I will never go back! I would rather have the extensive wait times than to ever be treated like this again. I wish there were negative stars because that's what this place deserves.

Went in for the first time over a week ago and all i got done was a filling but when he was giving me the shot he hit something he wasnt suppose too cause i had a sudden pain that was unbarable i almost knocked his hand off its been over a week and my jaw is still messed up and i have another appointment today but im Afraid to go in ...its been months now and my jaw is still messed up edit3.....its been a a year nkw and my jaw stil hurts when i yawn dont ever come here edit again its been a year and a half and it still hurts

I called today to make an appt for my daughter,i asked if they deal with autistic children and the lady laughed at my questions.older lady.very unprofessional.when we called back to get the womens name to complain about the incident we got hung up on.9/20/17 ..12:30 pm.
