Constance was our salesperson. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all of our questions and made suggestions that were helpful in making our decision to purchase our new Sleep Number bed. I felt as those we have made a new friend.

My husband and I had done a ton of research before purchasing. We went in with the intention of just laying on the full split king to see if we wanted that or the partial split and intended to complete the purchase online. Constance was just the best! The Santa Rosa Sleep Number store has superior customer service from a knowledgeable staff! Fair prices on a GREAT product. I've purchased six Sleep Number beds over the last 20 years for myself and family members. They're durable, comfortable and good value for the money.

She answered all our questions and allowed us to take the brochure home to review all options and "sleep" on it. No pressure! We ended up purchasing the i10 with the adjustable base. Awaiting delivery...but the experience so far couldn't have been any better.

Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. Even though it was a busy Labor Day weekend sale, they gave us as much time as we needed to try out the beds without feeling rushed. Then once our order was in, we changed our minds about something and they gladly made the changes for us. They really made us feel like insiders.

I already have one sleep number bed so I didn't need to be "sold" on the concept. The old bed is being moved to a vacation cabin and the new models offer many new options, so I had a lot to learn and a lot of decisions to be made. It took three visits for me to decide and everyone was so helpful and patient with me. It is a major cost items and I was so pleased that there was never one moment of pressure. The Sleep Number bed is awesome and the Santa Rosa store is the best.
