I've had a very good experience with this business. I brought my taxes in for 2017 and 2018 based on advice from the receptionist. Turns out that I had missed several key deductions and I am looking at thousands of dollars and returns for both years. Thank you H & R Block. The rep (Laura) who worked with me was very helpful. Responded to my emails. Took charge and made things happen. I've done my own taxes for years and I'm very glad I came in.
