Ordered food for curbside pickup. Got there and clicked on the I am here button in the app. And within 1 minute someone came out with our food! That’s called super service! Food tasted great as well.

Clean and efficient Panera Bread location. Nice drive thru. And all the sandwiches, salads and more it's known for.

First time eating at Panera. This place was amazing! Lots of choices and they even serve on a real plate. They have great drink choices too. I really enjoyed the guava lemonade....super good. It was a bit pricey but at least the quality warrants it. I will definitely stop at Panera next time instead of fast food.

Stopped here for lunch after my husband’s grandmother had eye surgery. Had the Signature Take Chicken Sandwich, while my husband had a BBQ chicken sandwiches and his grandmother had a Chicken Avocado BLT. All really really good. Chicken was moist and delicious, along with the refresher drinks we had. Would definitely recommend and we’ll definitely be back.

My friend and I love to have special lunches at Panera. I always choose the 1/2 sandwich & salad. Their food is always upscale from my cooking.

I went with my mom and we each had a bowl of french onion soup and it is delicious! I also had a spicy take chicken sandwich along with a side of Mac n Cheese! There was too much bread in my opinion. The chicken Sandwich had bread, then they gave me like half a role of bread with my soup and half with my mac n cheese. I also believe the tables were not cleaned as often as they should have because we sat down to crumbs on the table! I will of course be back!

On our recent visit (mid-January 2022) only the drive through was open. I was a bit concerned as we had 6 different orders for a small family reunion - but there was no reason to worry. They had all our food ready very quickly and even the 2 customized orders were exactly right. We all enjoyed our food and had a great visit. It's nice having a Panera in our neighborhood and I really appreciate having the option of dining-in (when pandemic allows) and a drive through.

I've been to 100 Paneras, and this is the best one I've seen. The food is prepared with real care, putting to shame what I've encountered at some other locations. The building is also a newer, more modern design, and there are plenty of outlets, which is sometimes rare to find at Panera.

The customer service at this location is the best. The staff is super friendly and always on top of preparing my online pick up orders and the Doordash orders that I pick up here. My sip club beverages are always ready in minutes. You guys rock 🤘🏼

I went to Panera bread last night to get my free birthday pastry. They were out of the cookie I wanted but go a chocolate chip one which was good. I ate it this morning. I was also thirsty so i got an iced raspberry tea which was super refreshing. I always enjoy the food here so will be returning for sure.

I had a great experience here! The individual that helped me was fantastic service with a smile in every interaction. I could tell that the employees here liked their job and they didn’t mind doing it I truly felt like I was being taken care of no matter what my needs were the restaurant was clean it was full of positive energy.

Panera, you rock! Paul (Mgr on Hopper Ave), you were right. Those Flatbread pizzas are fabulous! You have a loyal customer in me!!!

I am pleased with how fast and diligent they are about getting doordash delivery orders completed on time. It has not gone unnoticed. They typically have the order ready and completed before I even arrive.

They seem to be following local health guidelines carefully. On my last visit, the cashier made a small error entering my order, but when I asked politely about it, she made sure I got the dish I wanted. The place appeared to be clean, and the food was ready quickly.

For "fast food" Panera has some pretty decent food. Breakfast and lunch sandwiches are high quality, and their frozen caramel and mocha cold brews are amazing. The whipped cream almost tastes like marshmallows. The soups are pretty tasty too. Never tried the salads but I'm sure they're good as well.

Love the food! Not only does it make you feel like you've picked a healthy choice but it's also filling too! It can be pricey but worth! The orange cranberry muffin is to die for if your in the mood for some bakery goods (even if those aren't your first pick in fruit taste it is amazing!) and of course the mac n cheese is a gawd dropper, it's so good! Anothet pro is that the employees are very friendly 😊 Definitely somewhere you won't regret coming!

When my meal order was incorrect yesterday, Richard the manager arranged to have a new complete meal delivered today. Excellent customer service and good food too!

I absolutely love Panera Bread Company. I wish we had one in my area but when I travel south of my hometown I always make PBC an absolute destination.

Awesome customer service. Placed a large order last minute through retail, not catering, and the staff was so wonderful and got through the larg order in under 30minutes, awesome! I worked specifically with Paul the manager here, awesome guy, so I had to give him a shout-out! Thank you Paul.
