I had an awesome experience at Mattress Firm in Santa Rosa. Brian was professional, friendly, and really helpful. I was able to get the mattress I wanted at a great price in under an hour. I will tell all of my friends and family to go there when they need a new mattress for sure.

We had a really good experience here yesterday. After explaining our complicated situation to Brian, he found us what we needed and we left with a bed. We'd been on air mattresses and couldn't do it one more night. We weren't his biggest sale of the day, but Brian treated us like we were. I'm a former Customer Service Manager so I notice everything. The service was great! He managed to take care of me and another customer without making me feel like I waited or was neglected. He showed me all the options and discussed pros and cons.

Dina was amazing, I didn’t feel any pressure at all. She was warm and accepting and really informative. I had no reservations about buying my bed and didn’t need to look anywhere else.

Merrick was hands down the best sales rep I’ve ever encountered. We were in need of two mattresses and he showed us around and explained the different features. We told him we’d be back after checking out all the mattresses. He wasn’t pushy at all and didn’t try to make us purchase on the stop, which was greatly appreciated. A few days later we did go back to make the purchase and we got to chat with Merrick for awhile and got to know him, great person! I highly recommend going in and asking for Merrick. There was also another lady ( I forget her name) that was nice and spoke to us on our second visit while we waited for Merrick.
