My mom fell, face first on the sidewalk. She had a huge hematoma on her left cheek. Turned black and blue immediatly. Couldn't find a place that would see her, right there and then. Thank you Vida Sana and thank you PA Linda for your empathy and professionalism. You and your staff are exemplary.

The doctors and staff are amazing! They truly care for their patients. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I would like to say their good doctors their but the wait time is ridiculous like they need to majorly improve on that.

Hors say 8am to 12pm but that a lie it's 11 and no one is there all dark inside

Disrespectful and loud mouth rude females work in this establishment. I’d give it a no-star rating but google won’t let me! Talk about patients openly no regard for patient confidentiality. Never thought a Dr office could or would be so unprofessional!!

The doctors are really nice bt there receptionist are rude and never willing to help someone out. They take forever to check you in and always give you an attitude when you ask them any questions. They turn away people for any little thing. We had just activated our insurance and they didn't want to see us because they said we didn't have insurance , so they wanted us to pay them. After we said we would pay the bill and to just send it to us they still continue to say they couldn't see us because it was a long process. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Poor management, poor HR, poor CEO. Multiple complaints about rude/old employees. Everyone, even 2 doctors are quitting on ACHC. 0/10.

I’m sitting in the dr while I write this review they take forever I had my appointment at 10;45 got here like 20 min early and it’s 12 o’clock and I’m still here ! The waiting time is ridiculous. They need Major improvement !!! Having all these ppl including me all mad and irritated 😠 af !

The ladies at the front desk are rude... They say my account was disactivated and I called my insurance, and they told me I was still covered and should of got seen... But no the clerks wanted me to pay a fee?!?! Which wasn't necessary. I would recomend not coming here.

Los médicos son amables pero deberían de poner atension con las resesionistas porq son de lopeor cualkier cosa no aceptan los pacientes y semolestan realmente mal enese sentido
