Good afternoon, I would like to greatly thank Carlos the manager at store # 5225 was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate his patience with me explaining what I needed and possible ways to correct the problem I was having with my vehicle . And ever since it has corrected the problem and if it wasn’t for his knowledge and patience I would’ve had to take in my vehicle and spend tripple or more the amount of cost for parts and labor . The only expense I had was $945.00 w/ Autozone compare to $4380. (Estimate ) from Nissan dealership) to resolve the problem I was having . Thank you again Carlos .

Carlos, at the E Hatch Road in Ceres went above and beyond to help me today. I had my three month old granddaughter in the truck with me and the transmission line broke. I was able to make it to the AutoZone. Carlos and the other staff helped me with several options and allowed me to use a few tools to repair the line. Beyond thankful for his help and professional service!!

Not much to say here. Autozone always has what I need or can order it. We just got a 2002 Dodge Durango and of course, It's not in mint condition. It needed a battery, an antenna, new mats, steering wheel cover, and seat covers. I got to use my rewards from my account there. Good experience as usual.

Daniel, i believe that was his name, guy with kinda long hair, he helped us with our car oil change. Really great customer service!!! 5/5 stars, he deserved it :)) Wish we had cash to tip him, but fr he gave us good tips w our car.

Fast friendly staff. Commercial is the best here, always has been. Highly recommend this store.

Helpful staff, ready to share their knowledge. They also offer a reader for check engine light. You leave your license and do it in parking lot. They use to help you but cause of COVID-19 your on your own. Fair prices with a loyalty program offered. Also offer mail in rebates for lots of stuff.

Great place to get parts, if they don't have a part at their store, they'll call another Autozone to find you your part. They will have delivered to that store or you can go pick it up yourself. Most parts are life time warranty, and they keep all your info of the purchase in their system.

@Cesar Ramos was of great help, surprising how a young fella can know his stuff so well. Very helpful place. Thanks for the hard work!

Always friendly service and helpful. Had a female young lady who offer to install my windshield blades. I told her I was ok, ans she daid, " actually I want to learn, have never done one" so her and I did them, so she could learn. Its a good thing.

Love this Store and I hate working on my car! Free alternator checked. Free battery charger. In no time I was able to tell I needed an alternator and not a battery. The lady checking the car was awesome. Great attutude. And knowledgeable about the charging system. They have my business hands down. Compared to the 'other' aotoparts store in the same parking lot that leaves you standing in lines forever and by the time they help you your given the impression they would rather be anywhere else.

AutoZone in hatch Rd ceres ca. A guy goes by name smiley he is by far one of the most helpful employee everytime I go here I wait for him so I can save time. Thank you 😊 smiley.
