Carmen’s Bistro & Bar

Pros: great food. Really good. And the portions are considerable, but they also taste really good. The fish tacos were really good, and the bread pudding is awesome.
Cons: The prices in the menu in Google maps are not updated, but who cares - what you get is really worth its price

Good food, fast & friendly service, plus excellent for the price! I usually don't find many places that are able to do all 3, but I only spent $53 for the bottlecap burger, fettuccine Alfredo, lemonade, a beer, and an appetizer of fried pickles. Really friendly staff, but we got the food fairly fast. As a bonus it's a nice relaxed atmosphere.

The food here is absolutely delicious. The portions are gigantic, so rest assured: you're getting your money's worth. The burgers are amazing here and the drinks are a great price. The atmosphere is inviting and the staff is kind. I've been here multiple times and always try to get something different. As the portions are so huge, I like to get the sliders. The gourmet burgers here are incredible and have the best toppings. They always do their best to make everything perfect for each customer, so you really feel like you're getting the best experience (which you are!). I definitely recommend Carmen's to anyone looking for great food: especially burgers!

We were out shopping in downtown Santa Rosa. We found this nice neighborhood area with a park, shops, and restaurants. Carmen's had an interesting menu, so we stopped. Outside seating was great. Food too. Prices are fair. All in all, a very good experience.

Outstanding spot place for a margarita and burger. Ate here on 8/16/22 and it was fantastic. Farmers market was going outside. You can get a to go margarita when that is going on. Prickly Pear is something you have to try. Bartender is one of a kind with his service. It’s another show in itself.

In Santa Rosa for work. I had the Carmen Burger with fries and my dad had the Fish tacos. The Burger was delicious cooked to perfect. Fries were nice and crispy. 10/10 would come back again. Dad said he loved the Fish tacos.

Brilliant! Very tasty burger & fries and friendly staff.

Their Calamari is the best I ever had. Seasoned well and fried perfectly. We even ate the crumbs it was so good. Definitely a go to spot.

This is our favorite lunchtime spot, hands down. The service, food and consistency, and really just the vibe keep us coming back over and over. We love the Southwest Salad and Santa Rosa salad, and our servers are so friendly and know are order by heart. We really love Carmen's and recommend them to anyone who asks for a good spot to eat.

Service was quick, the Bottle Cap burger was awesome. Definitely going back soon.

Great service. We enjoyed the southwestern salad with chicken, terrific marinade! I ordered one of the best burgers I have had in awhile. Bun didn’t get soggy, toasted perfectly and meat filled the bun. We will be back!

Perfect. Carmen’s burgers were cooked to perfection. The beer flight was so much fun. It was a great way to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We had planned to go elsewhere but the kitchen was already closed. Carmen’s was wonderful.

First time here and we have nothing but great things to say! The food was delicious and the drinks were great. The vibe is laid back which we appreciate alot! The service was great as well. Very welcoming and friendly. If you haven't tried this place what are you waiting for! We definitely will make this one of our go to when we are in town.

We were kinda skeptical about this restaurant because literally no one was in it and we though there was a reason for that, but still tried it out. It was great! The beer was great, the fried chicken tacos were amazing and the fish n chips were fantastic! They make their own tar tar sauce which had jalapeño in it (sounds weird but it’s not) and it was delicious! The server was also great and gave us recommendations on where to go see around Santa Rosa! Great place to eat!

Amazing vibe, food and drinks!!! Would highly recommend their whiskey sour, mule, veggie burger and fettuccine Alfredo. My wife says that the sweet potato fries were perfection!

I forgot to take pictures of my food because I was too busy eating it. That’s been my excuse pretty much every time I’ve been here. The burgers are by far my favorite item on the menu. It’s really nice that they allow you to substitute beef patties for chicken breast or veggie patty (which is a really good one too). They also have impossible burger patties for a $3 up charge. Good fries and onion rings. Great for lunch or dinner. Over all, love it.
