The Salvation Army Haig & Isabel Berberian Shelter & Transitional Living Center

This place has been a godsend. It has allowed me a place to stay food comfort shower laundry nursing staff etc. Thank God allahu Akbar. I am interested in speaking to and or gaining the knowledge of funding sources future of this program and the future of the homeless in my community and the world this place is the beginning of the silver lining or string that will lead me to the proper ability change the face of how we deal with and or take care of without forsaking the widow sojourner and the fatherless. For the good of the future of our father and His children.

We always donate to this place! And they helped me with my nephew the staff is wonderful and caring and some have experience the situation and now they employed there this is great place to start if you are homeless! Or having to transition from place to another!

Wonderful place for homeless. We stopped by today to donate pkg cleaning cloths for bathing. Shower caps to shampoo hair from hospital visits...makes wonderful gifts. They always are grateful. Socks is the best gift you can donate to them. When my feet are cold, I'm cold..even in summer

For the homeless I stop by to leaving underwear on socks, cloths to bathe, n few shower caps with shampoo, lotion n deodorant. The nicest things us humans can do is offer socks n underwear. The shampoo caps n washing cloth came from hospital visits. Make their day....warm feet keeps a body warm

I gave it five stars for the kitchen, the staff, because living here, taught me a lot about myself. I learned the best way to advance myself, was to help other people. The Salvation Army taught me a lot about helping others. They truly where my family.

Helping the homeless. We stop by there with socks a must underwear so important, wet wipes to bathe, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, for women, panti liners n pads. What they always always need is socks to stay warm.
They're always so grateful.

These individuals that work at the salvation army will go the extra mile to make persons feel at home and at the same time give them a since of hope and direction. I my self have lived there as a veteran and they help all veterans to better the situation that they came there with. Pretty much what the person needs help with, they go the extra mile too make sure that person gets. I once had my life turned upside down and they got me flying straight and even a place of my own to live.they helped me, well here I am in a different way at the moment and I'm back at the salvation army

A place that really truly service the community with lots of resources food banks , shelters etc really there to help on the time of need it a blessing.

My daughter, son, and I participated in feeding dinner to those in need during the Holidays. It was an amazing experience. We'll definitely do it again!

I was glad to have a bed, shower, food ofcourse there were problems THE SAME LIKE IN YOUR OWN HOME the staff was great the hardest part was we had to leave the premises at 6 am I AM grateflul for this place

I drop off all of my little shampoos and soaps that I get from the hotels so The Salvation Army can give it to the homeless

The food and service could not be any better for a homeless shelter.
