Pine Street Pediatrics

I have been seeing Dr. Sine since my daughter was born. I have followed Dr. Sine since he was at San Juan Clinic. He and his wife are wonderful doctors. He believes everything I tell him about my daughter since she is deaf and is also down syndrome. A doctor should always believe the patient and the parent. When I want a referral to a specialist he refers me out. He always asks what I think of the doctor he referred me too. My daughter will be eighteen this coming January. Every doctor at his practice is awesome. Only draw back is that its private insurance only. I'm lucky that I have private insurance. He does see see medical patients at another location. Last I heard it was in Dinuba

To the people who are upset at Dr. Sine because they don't understand the importance of immunizations, most of the other parents that are there don't want to be near your kids either. There are kids that aren't able to get immunized because they have compromised immune systems, and when they're around your unvaccinated kids it could be a matter of life and death. You can be irresponsible at home all you like, just don't push your risky behavior on others.

Great facility with engaging staff. I appreciate their vaccination policy as well; makes me more comfortable to bring my children to a place that does not too potentially expose their clients to diseases that are prevented thorough vaccinations.

Great knowledgeable and friendly staff. The only negative reviews are from anti-vaccine people who refuse to acknowledge science, and try to discredit this office for protecting other children from potential health concerns. Key word POTENTIAL which none of them seem to get.

I want to thank the sweet nurse who help me today after I fell at E Street & Pine street. You were so helpful and caring. I did go home and put ice on my knee & lip. Thank you so much. Praying you have a wonderful Holiday with your family.

They have wonderful Doctor's and have great staff. People shouldn't leave bad review just because they don't agree with your believes they are many other Doctors that are willing to work with you.

Went to get my baby girls ears pierced and they did such a great job to keep my baby comfortable while getting it done. Couldn’t have picked a better place.

This place is the very best. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Absolutely highly recommended. We see the D.I. there and I won't take my kids to any one else! Amazing.

Absolutely love the providers at this facility and the medical assistants but the receptionist can get some customer service classes, she comes off as rude and shows no empathy. Aside from the receptionist, the providers are amazing and caring. They are thorough and take care of the patients, just having to deal with the rude receptionist can be a nuisance.

Loved the doctors but the receptionist is terrible. She is always rude. We would usually wait at least an hour past the appointment time to be seen. One time we were running 10 min late she was rude and insulting when my wife called. Twice our kids were prescribed the wrong antibiotic so we called and didn’t hear back for a week. Multiple times we called when our kids were newborns and were sick and were told to take them to urgent care.

I love the drs at this facility. They are very attentive and provide excellent service. The front receptionist at the front is very rude. Every time I call she is rude to me and never listens to any of my questions. When setting my appointment she never looks my way and is very short. I am not sure if it’s because I am Hispanic and not Caucasian. She also never wears her mask. I hope they find someone to replace her or I will be taking my business elsewhere.
