We have been using Shirley’s booking for a couple of years. They have great customer service and are always very helpful and friendly.

Horrible experience sadly. We read all the reviews and thought she would be trustworthy and get the job done but sadly that was not the case. Handed her our receipts organized and in order in January, was told she would have them done in 2-3 weeks. 3 months later nothing is done and she had no timeline of when it would be done. Seemed uncaring and nonchalant over the phone. We called various times from January to March and she assured us that she was working on it. They should have been honest and said they don’t know how long it would take or that they haven’t even started. Less than three weeks before taxes are due still no answer on the progress. I had to take stuff bake and there’s no one to hire in such a short amount of time. I checked the box and they clearly did not even touch the items we gave them because they were exactly how we placed them in the box. So sad to see this type of customer service and work. I wish we would have never come here.
