Reached out to assist Jorge with something they inquired about. A male answered the phone, and passed the phone to a female. She asked if she could take a message, though I was not able to share any personal information regarding the message I did ask when he'd return. I was promptly hung up on me. I reached back out multiple times to get in touch, but my call is now being blocked and not answered. What happened??? Is this the service we give to potential clients of the business?

We bought a car there, at first they seemed nice but a few things popped up with the car that they needed to do a few inspections with, you could tell they were pretending to be helpful but honestly were just putting on a smile and not interested ion helping any further which was frustrating. Funny enough when they did the detailing he said he was going to put on some nice hub caps and when we saw them they were old and scratched up, 3 of which fell off when we were driving on the freeway, thee was other stuff but in the end just came off as sleazy but we were lucky enough pay it off quickly so that we didn't have to deal with their fake smiles anymore and their dirty "office" in the end shame on us i guess for buying a car off of crows landing but we really needed a car at the time and bought the car we thought we would like. If i could I would gyve them 0 stars!

I'd given it a lot of thought as to what to say in this review for months now because I needed to get over the anger and frustration this place brought me. My grandfather helped me buy my first car here which was a big mistake. Number 1 rule in Modesto is to never buy a car off of crowslanding, you're testing your luck. I should've stuck to thay rule, lesson learned.

First, I went to see the car and like any salesman they treated you in the best way possible, common sense. We drove the car and ended up putting some money down for it. The price marked was 8500 the guy said he could do 79..but at the end my grandfather had to help me because according to them the new total was 9k. I should've left. Anyways, the car one week in started messing up and i took it back and the guy said he couldn't help me pay off what needed to be fixed. So I paid a couple hundred bucks. A month in and the car would constantly die on me.

Keep in mind I am a student and I work part time. They weren't helpful at all, they didn't want to take the car back and they started intimidating me. They disrespected my family right in front of my face by raising their voice at them and telling them to shut up and then told me "sorry I don't make the cars" and laughed. Which, i completely understand but they were aware of what was wrong with the car before they sold it to me and they didn't feel the need to be truthful. Now 5 months in and another 1500 put into the car, it's barely starting to work. I am very disappointed and still upset. Worst mistake I have ever made. I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone. This is just my experience.

Came to this place to check out a car I had seen and grown some interest in and I have to agree with the other reviews this place is terrible. If you don’t get a weird vibe but just walking into the office.. and they do treat you well but once they get the sense that you’re not buying they will tell you to practically get lost. Don’t recommend this place to anyone. Do your research on the place your buying you mr car from. These people are Completely unprofessional.

Talk to Jorge not willing to make a deal at all was looking at a Honda civic he asking way to much gave him a price he sai he payed more for the car I said ok then I'll pay what ever you payed plus fee and 500 he said no he obviously didn't pay more of what I offered him he told me to leave not professional at all

My mom recommend me this place & I'm very thankful for the reviews. She too has had issues with her car and I'm dissapointed that she thinks she got a great "deal."
