We have been conducting business with CVCB for over 10 years. I highly recommend working with them as they provide the most professional and personal customer service. They are dedicated to making sure the customer comes first and i always enjoy coming to their office and seeing the staff. They make a point of getting to know you and i trust and appreciate their guidance of our business.

I love the people in the bank! Very sweet and helpful! However, every time I have called with issue during the Weekend no one is available. I work on front lines during virus and cant get help. My stimulus package has been denied 9 times because the IRS doesn't recognize this bank among many other sights venmo& zelle. I wanted a small bank to communicate easier. I'm a single mom and just need answers or help. I was hung up on by Alicia. Dont get me wrong the people in the branch are wonderful! Calling center is not. They shut my card off in August 2019 I'm still waiting because they failed to order a new one.
