My wife and I decided to do our taxes at Gonzales Tax Services , as first timers , we were happy we did! I was so please with his service. He educated us about our tax return and helped us as much as he could. I highly recommend this place.

Being that this is my first time doing my taxes...I probably had more questions and less knowledge then his other customers. When a problem came up with my refund Eloy was very rude and spoke very unprofessionally. The woman he works with was nice but not him. I don't understand why have a business and be rude and disrespectful when your client ask's you a question. That's his job. I would definitely not recommend Eloy he is very rude, disrectful and very unprofessional. I will definitely let our community know not to support his local business. So unprofessional. Horrible experience.
