Lived here for 4yrs I recommend if you are looking for a rv space this is the place its clean& safe it's totally the best park to live in ceres & modesto area Esmeralda & Blanca the management team they are nice to deal with & helpful with any issues u have I would diffently stay here again if needed

I am so thankful to live in such a wonderful park. As long as you follow the rules which are enforced so the park can stay safe and look great you will never have a problem. Blanca the manager& Esmeralda the secretary are amazing.

COLONY PARK (RV REVIEW)
*This is a mixed community of mobile homes and RVs. For RVers the minimum stay is 1 month, and the Maximum is 7. The application process for RV stays is much like a regular apartment in that it helps to weed out the undesirables seen in many other mobile parks. Well worth the application process.*

PROS; Very reasonably quiet with neighbors that mind their own business.
Full hook-ups, including cable internet if desired. Very safe community.
Very reasonable monthly rates. Children are not obtrusive. Large lot sizes.
The community is CLEAN and well kept. Laundry facilities on site.

CONS: Terrible location not near anything. No wifi.

If you are a full time traveler in an RV and plan on 3 to 6 month WORK stints, I highly recommend this place. This is NOT a camp site, nor does it cater to camping types.
