I love this office they are very accommodating to hours and answer all of my questions. They explain everything in detail and make sure that everything is done with precise expertise. I have had Denise doing my taxes for a few years and she has always found every way for me to maximize my refund! I highly recommend her and the office in general. 100% recommend this place! This is my second year going to her and she knows her stuff. If you want your taxes done correctly and want someone to take their time not being in a rush just to take your money, go to them!

Very good place to do your taxes.

Very unprofessional, they have inconsistent hours so it's hard to get a hold of someone, not that you should need to because the paperwork would all be handled in one transaction or even two.
I had paid in February for my tax returns, they said they were missing some forms I tried contacting them by phone and email but in 2 months never received a call back even though I called at least once a week.

At 2 months I told them I would pick up my tax forms but they said it was too late, it was completed but was missing so final things.

Apparently they decided to cancel filing my tax return but never informed, it so happen I called them to ask them if my paperwork had been submit, then they told me it had been canceled and my payment would be refunded.

Never going here, dont recommend anyone coming. This place is a joke of a business.

They have a random dog in there barking in her office.

Went to H&R and was informed the "discounts" this place was were wrong.

Be aware of this people, they stole our money! Rosie supposed to helped us out to fix our IRS problem and she didn’t do nothing, we gave her almost $3,000 dollars and she didn’t even do our taxes... we tried to get our paperwork back / money and her I guess employee Josseline ( I think is her name) keeps saying she’s out of town.

Never answered my call. Never called me back after leaving messages👎👎
