Haku Sushi

What a great little place! They have both Japanese and Korean cuisine, a pleasant ambiance, and friendly and attentive staff. The food here was delicious!! I would definitely go back.

The food was sooo good! I loved that they have Korean bbq & sushi too. The kimchi stew was amazing. It was just too cold in there lol all of our knees were frozen.

Highly recommend this location - one of the better sushi spots in downtown Santa Rosa. It is a bit of a tight fit when dining in, and pickup can be a bit of a wait sometimes but overall the service and food is nice. I wish I could recall the waitress name, she was very funny and sweet.
Update: just got the new twilight zone roll omg one of the best rolls I’ve had. I added steamed asparagus and jalapeños for additional crunch and spice, and not fried. I will be ordering that for now on

There I was searching for food for my hungry girlfriend. As she kept reminding me she wanted Korean bbq I was secretly craving for sushi and I told her that anything was fine. LORD AND BEHOLD they serve both sushi and korean bbq! I literally enjoyed my food with a thousand miles playing in the background. I will forever be a loyal customer because of how amazing everything was.Service was amazing and the food was made with the chefs love. I will never forget my experience and will come here for the food and the people.

Easily one of the best restaurants in Santa Rosa. While service isn't the quickest, especially on packed nights, the food is delicious, with the expansive menu being consistently great across the board. (Note: their dishes aren't the richest, but more on the aromatic side. They're very flavorful nonetheless.) The atmosphere is beautiful, with comfortable lighting and stalls that provide a degree of privacy. Highly recommend.

Tiny little place. Slight look of horror when asking for a table of 6. But while a bit tight the service is second only to the quality of the food. Which may be some of the best in SR. Should note I had Korean BBQ not the sushi but I definitely have made this a special occasion destination.

My favorite thing to get from Haku is the salmon teriyaki plate. I absolutely love the salad that comes with it.!!
They have some really really good sushi rolls my fave from that is what she is having.
Seriously can’t go wrong with going to this place for date night or family night. They also have a really good Korean barbecue which is really good can’t go wrong like I said they’re dessert. Also is delicious I love their deep-fried ice cream.
Staff are also very kind and they are very attentive which is what I appreciate

We come here often, and everything is consistently great including the service! The garlic edamame is so good, I just wish it came out before the meal - it tends to arrive at the table at the same time as the entrees.

Tried the Agedashi Tofu and Alaska Roll for lunch. Very fresh and tasty. They open at 11:00am although Google says otherwise. Convenient public parking structure right across the street - first hour is free.

Amazing experience with sushi that is worth leaving a review about. Today was the first day that restaurants were allowed to have indoor seating, but at a capacity of course. Our waiter Juan was a complete gentleman with loads of knowledge and made the evening unforgettable. This restaurant was so lovely that my girlfriend (who BTW is never satisfied and is never happy with any place I take her to) actually gave me the thumbs up which is a rare occurrence. Well, in closing I highly recommend this restaurant and will return again and again!!@

There were four of us, we had the Thai food dinner for three and at first it was overwhelming how much food they put on the table. Then a nice young lady came out and explained how to eat it and what most of it was. We will be back.

Have ordered rolls to go many times and always delicious and ready in about 15 minutes. Staff very friendly. Most rolls are under $20. Planning to dine in soon. Definitely recommend.

Excellent food and service. We wanted to order chicken yakitori but it wasn't on the menu. The manager went above and beyond and made it happen. That was pretty cool of her. Lots of choices and price doesn't break the bank. Everything got served extremely fast too!

Jedi Mind Trick is absolutely delish. No Rice in it either which makes me happy when I'm trying to limit carbs. About the price you'd expect for sushi. Quality and Atmosphere seems worth it to me.

Really good place for Sushi! And if you're not into Sushi, theres also a ton of other good teriyaki dishes like the Rib Eye or even Chicken! The staff attended us well and got my water refilled quickly after each drink (i drink lots of water fast :P) and they did a good job with the theming in here with the Japanese ceilings and walls! Overall a really pleasant dinner both the food and environment!

I randomly ordered in some sushi one afternoon as I was craving it & decided to try out Haku Sushi. I was super hungry so I decided to get the California roll, shrimp tempura roll & some pork fried gyoza. Normally when I order gyoza from a sushi restaurant, they aren’t as good as I expect them to be. They are either under cooked or just not tasty. I was sooo surprised at how delicious these fried gyoza were at Haku Sushi. I wish I would have ordered more! The California roll was really tasty along with the Shrimp Tempura roll as well. I will definitely be back! ☺

My FAVORITE place in Sonoma county for sushi. Maybe even of all time. The quality of the fish and the unique & fun rolls they offer make it a fun time, every time. The flavor profiles they have for each roll are legit - not just a bunch of California roll based options or tempura options. They make raw, fresh fish taste incredible.

Their home made ice cream is also off the charts tasty. Sometimes the service is a little slow when it’s slammed, but their wait staff is so personable and friendly every time. Love this place!!

Lovely staff and cozy environment. The martini prawns were delicious and perfectly crispy, but not the best sauce I have had. The sushi rolls were between $13 and $17. We ordered 4 rolls, Elevator Pitch, Roll Me a Fatty, Deadliest Catch, and the 420 Happy Meal. All were beautifully presented and tasty. The Roll Me a Fatty was good, however as the name implies the roll is very large and hard to eat. The Deadliest Catch was my favorite. Can't go wrong with shrimp tempura! Will definitely be back to try out some other sushi rolls.
