I purchased a 2014 Lincoln MKZ about 2 weeks ago , the purchase was easy fast and informative , he got me approved through a local credit union with a 4.5% intrest rate , the reason for 5 stars is 2 weeks later I found out that my manual key in the back of the key fob was missing and the next day he had a locksmith make me a key at no charge
