Very friendly practice. You’re made to feel like a neighbor that visits weekly. Even though I’ve only been in 4 or 5 times over 2 years, it feels like I’m a regular visitor. Dr. Chen is really good. No pain and very satisfied with the work he does. I highly recommend this practice to anyone and everyone.

I took my son there for his cleaning, and the team was very friendly and understanding to a mom who had other children in toe behind her as well. The receptionist was so pleasant and sweet to the kids. I went to them originally for a second opinion because our last dentist kept telling us the kids had multiple cavities and needed root canals. This office was able to assess and let us know that it was only one in a baby tooth.

Dr. Chen is a very nice, compassionate and gentle doctor. His explanations are concise and he’s always polite. Dr. Chen seems to genuinely care about your diagnosis and situation and also recommends specialists who may have different treatment methods. He’s very respectful. The same is true for the entire staff; front and back office. This is a great practice..!

Their always nice and make you feel comfortable. I have a cracked tooth which they will fill. I could of had it done the day I was their but I was just getting over virus and had bad cough so I chose to come back thinking it would be within a month or so well it's scheduled for April lol if I'd of known I would of gone ahead with doing and hoped I didn't get a coughing spell. Now I have to hope my tooth makes it until then or they have a cancellation and call me.

They treated me with great courtesy and made me feel comfortable. This place has excellent customer service, I recommend this place to everyone with dental needs. Thank you for accommodating me. This place has excellent staff associates.

upon arrival, warmly greeted by receptionist. right on scheduled appointment time, dental tech led me into exam area. throughout initial xrays, check up, and polishing, Dr. Chen and all the staff were courteous, engaging and helpful. kudos to the staff at River Oaks Dental!

Once again, Dr Chen and his staff went above and beyond. They are always so nice, I am in the chair when I am supposed to be, in other words, they say 8am, they mean 8am! Thank you all for the exceptional service and the friendly smiles.
