Best Western Town House Lodge

I'm not a big review person. But wanted to leave one for this motel. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, they have a great ac/heat/fan that was able to stay on at night and didn't shut off. Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was a plus and coffee was good. Location was perfect for what we needed. Recommend to anyone who is thinking about staying here!! 5 stars!

Have stayed here twice and loved it. First time there was a homeless making a huge mess near my room, informed front desk they were on it in a second. Rooms clean and breakfast was great! Second time here and RICK (front desk) was absolutely amazing!! He handled our check in situation so great and like a pro. Even tho it's in downtown the property is great and clean.

Rooms were well kept and clean when we got ours, no odd smells or unclean surfaces. Shower worked fine, toilet and sink worked fine. Beds were comfortable and they brought out a third small cot bed for a 3rd person, which was decent.

Checkin/out was great. Room clean and bed extremely comfortable.

What a pleasant surprise. Clean, well run and appropriate for the price. Within walking distance to downtown. The front desk staff was helpful and efficient. We were always greeted with a smile by any and all of the employees. Anyone who has stayed in a hotel during the pandemic knows that it's a struggle to maintain good customer service with considering all the restrictions but the staff did an amazing job.

The rooms were very nice. The lady at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. They also had a very good breakfast. Waffles were very good.

The rooms where very nice and clean. There is a hot meal every morning. Employees very professional. First time we have stayed there and we will now be using Best Western the one on 16th in Modesto for the hotel of choice. Thank you

I love this place! The rooms were so nice, the beds are comfortable, the price was fantastic, and the breakfast room was amazing! Unfortunately, it's in Modesto, which is the weirdest little town ever! Sorry, but it's hard to explain unless you've been there. However, if you find yourself in Modesto for the night, I highly recommend staying here. Very nice.

Sanjay at the front desk is so helpful and gave great recommendations for spots around town, as well as was very nice and accommodating. Cleaning staff was awesome, free breakfast was a life saver in the morning! Rooms are well kept and tidy.

Dead center of downtown Modesto. A bar lounge next door. A Bank of America across one street, a large public library across another street. I didn't use the pool, but there was a nice pool. The breakfast they provide a great start to each day stayed.

Older Best Western but in excellent shape. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Everything was in order. Nice hot breakfast - scrambled eggs, waffles, yogurt, breads, cheese, cereal, sausage, etc. The breakfast room was monitored and kept clean. Across from the county library downtown.

Nice Hotel, rooms are just enough of what you need. Best part of the stay was the staff and how helpful and accommodating they were. 10 O'clock at night I bring in 22 employees, and by 10:30pm they're all in rooms and resting. excellent work!

Ashli at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Cute little motel. Outlets in room were all loose and made it difficult to charge a cell phone. But overall, safe, decent place to stay.

The Best Western in modesto is clean and well groomed. I have been staying there because we were displaced because of sister selling the house we were living in after I got her mortgage payments and bills caught up for her after my brother-in-law passed away. Also the House keeping women are great and sould be recognized. Maria, Kathy, and a couple of otherd I haven't got to meet. Good job ladies

I had low expectations about this place but Im glad they prove me wrong. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and proportioned. Highly recommended.

My room is awesome. Clean has a bathroom with tub and shower combo. The front desk clerk Leslie was very sweet . Cant wait for breakfast

Has a great experience at this hotel. The staff is always great and the rooms have always been clean and comfortable. The staff is good and very informative. Modesto can be kind of sketchy but rhis hotel is great.

My family often stay here as I live downtown so this is the hotel that I recommend to them it's clean efficient and well ran highly recommend for a centrally located accommodation thank you for the clean comfortable facility

It's a quaint old style motel with a certain charm. It's hard to find a decent hotel for good price in this area and this one fits the bill for me. It's a good location and convenient to where I work. I've stayed here before and will stay here again.
