They have everything you need and the employees are professional people. You don't have to wonder around looking for something like in other places they have employees in every department ready to help you find what you need.

I was in need of a key badly and I was helped out right when I entered the store. After was walked over to the next item I needed. Cool, time saved always a plus. I wish they didn't close so early.

They've never Not had what I needed. Good store with friendly helpful service from their employees.

My daughters are 8 and 3 and we love this place ...they’re always so friendly and helpful. Everything we go they take the time to talk to the girls and include them in her Shopping experience ...also Saturday’s they give them free popcorn 🤗 they are a little pricier then Home Depot or other bigger stores , but the customer service , short lines , and friendly attitudes is more important to me...I usually hate hardware stores but I actually enjoy going to this one ..thanks to all the employees who are always so kind to my little girls and I :)

Is Ace Hardware has wonderful people if you need to get some keys made go there not Home Depot at Home Depot you got to wait 20 minutes there you get your keys right away real fast service wonderful people that work there.

I am always greeted when walking in and the employees are friendly and helpful! A much better shopping experience than Home Depot or Lowe's where your business is not appreciated!! Shop local and support people that do care about you!!

Fantastic customer service. You might pay a little more but sometimes it's well worth it compared to trying to get help at those other warehouse places. Friendly cashier's and free popcorn on a daily to boot! Clean store and great selection.

Great local hardware store. I often find exact matches for spare parts here that I cannot find at the big box places. The prices aren't always the lowest but it's often worth a few extra bucks if I don't have to burn a couple of gallons of gas and an hour or more driving to the next town. They recently remodeled their checkout area and stocked it with a lot of interesting, and even offbeat, items.

I love shopping at a smaller hardware store. They almost always have what I need and I don't have to walk all over a huge store to find it. Staff is always very helpful and friendly.
