Dr. Lauren Hernandez has redeemed this facility. I have health issues that require labs and diligent attention to be done on a monthly basis. I've gone back to see her the last couple of months. She always gives me the appropriate time and attention needed in visits. She's very thorough, smart as all get out and kind. Even better she actually listens and will investigate for further information.

The gentleman that always takes my blood is considerate and never hurts me.

There is a newer gal who's come onto the front desk team in the last 2 years. She's very good at fitting people in and customer service. I tend to go in as a walk in and am usually out within an hour. I've definitely noticed the turn around time in and out for walk in and appointments has shortened drastically from before.

My former complaint about no one answering the phone has changed because all Family Healthcare facilities have 1 number with an answering team now. This service can sometimes be a long wait on the phone. Rarely do I need to call because I use the Healow app to check up on my meds, labs, referrals, send messages and make appointments. If it's urgent, I go wait by the door for them to open and the gal at the front desk fits me in asap. Sometimes that means I go home and come back later that day but when I choose to wait (knowing it may be 2-3 hours) they've gotten me in within an hour.

I loved Dr. Breanna Edwards. I'm so sad she left. Without her, this place isn't worth while going to. It's difficult to get anyone to answer the phone. I've been seen by Ike (which is great but only works 1 day a week) and Trent. I had a horrible experience with Trent. I refuse to see him again. He was rude and pompous and messed up my referral I'd been waiting 6 months for, which pushed me back another 4 months. I've seen the OBGYN as well and she was also rude.

My son and I both see Dr Bowen at this office and he is a great dr. He has helped my son and me with so many different medical needs always fast and professional.

If you have disability papers that need to be filled, I suggest u don't even come to this clinic at all to begin with, I've been waiting for 3 weeks for my forms to be signed, the staff and Dr are completely un-reliable and no help, now Ima have to schedule a appt. Just to see the Dr so he can sign my damn forms for disability finally, haven't been able to pay my bills due to them lagging on my disability forms, horrible clinic don't come here at all

I attend this clinic because they have a diet program covered by medi-cal which is great and the staff is awesome...but the wait is absolutely ridiculous...sometimes 2hrs just for a 5 minute visit to check my vitals and get my pills...extremely frustrating when I live outta town and have to leave work to make these appointments...

I was glad to find a female PA to be my doctor, but it turns out it probably isn’t worthwhile. The wait at this clinic is always very long, the doctor is rushing around, she’s cancelled 2-3 appointments and the first time that happened, no one even called to tell me.

I was on a daily medication, and she refused to refill it unless I made an appointment every 1-3 months. She never actually talked to me about this, and I’ve quit the medication because it’s so stressful trying to get appointments- especially when she may cancel last minute and also deny my refills. I have had a very helpful doctor at this clinic I accidentally ended up having a televisit with, but the phone appointments are also stressful- no one calls to sign you in, and my appointment that was for 20 mins ago remains un-done. No calls, no explanation... so stressful dealing with this place.

This place is a complete joke. The lack of communication of this place is non existent. The staff spends more time canceling appointments than keeping them. There is one head doctor who arrives to work 30 min late to his first appointment which is at 9am. And is only here 2 times a month the NP is good but handed my dad over to the doctor because did not k ow what else to proceed with after he was diagnosed. The doctor will tel you to make an appointment the following week him knowing he is out of the office until 3 weeks from your last appointment. Needless to say I will be looking for better service for my dad in a facility that takes the health of their patients more into consideration. My dad is 78 and has serious health conditions that are life threatening and this office seems to care less. Take you loved ones elsewhere is my recommendation.

Worst experience ever😔 I was on hold for over 20 minutes and it kept saying I was number one caller but no one attended the call. I show up to the clinic and for nothing., No temperature checking no nothing instead without even giving my husband a chance to see a Dr. They say to go to Emergency room no questions nothing, they said just to be in the "Safe Side" to go to the ER wow Farmersville in the other hand has been my go to clinic but sinse this one was closer in our own town seem to be the best option... WRONG...

These people have left me hanging on getting my daily inhaler. With asthma and COPD. I can't always get to appointments. I have COVID and still can't get a phone visit for a week. I guess it's ok if I can't breathe!

Everytime I've made an appointment, It usually always takes about an hour to and hour and a half to get in, there very slow and would not reccomend counting on your appointments for there set times.
