Meno's is the best used appliance store that me and my husband have ever been to. We have been using them for years. Bought a dryer from them about 3 years ago and it's still working great 👍. Today I bought a washing machine Jimmy was amazing to deal with as usual. He has great customer service answers all your questions and just so quick to help. He delivered it and took our old one out of here. This place is amazing me and my husband will continue going back. We thank them for their great service. Thank you Jimmy

Meno's came through again. We hired a marketplace appliance repairman to fix our broken dryer. He made it worse. After Ebay parts ordered etc, it just could not be fixed. With 5 people in our house including a newborn, we were at our wits end and needed laundry. My wife reminded me of Meno's, where we had previously bought our fridge. I was able to secure a like- new Kenmore set and have delivered the same day with the old ones hauled away. Jimmy is top notch ! Support a local business.

With our growing family, my wife and I have been on the hunt for a 2nd refrigerator for our garage . We quickly grew tired of following up on marketplace/craigslist adds that dead end. Then there is the hassle of having to haul it home should we have found one. We took to google and came across Meno's. They are awesome, and we wish we would have found them sooner! Lots of gently used appliances available in their shop. Washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, you name it, they got it. We were able to quickly choose one at a good price and have it delivered and set up for a small fee the same day. Where else can you get same day delivery ! Certainly not at the big box stores.
If you are looking for clean, gently used appliances, support a local business and check them out. We will def be repeat customers.

Friendly, helpful ..and really good appliances. I got my washer and dryer there over 3 years ago and it runs perfect, so I decided to go back last week for my refrigerator and stove ..I absolutely love them.

Update:It’s been a few years since I wrote the review and I had originally gave it 1 star. They did call and talk to me and they fixed the issue. I meant to change this review and forgot. It was miscommunication between me and the repair man. The fridge lasted me until this year.
I believe that was 3 years life I got out of it. They kept their word and I was wrong about their customer service. Sorry it took so long for me to correct my review.

My mom purchased me a washer, dryer and Samsung fridge. They gave her a 30 day policy on it. By the second week the washer messed up as well as the fridge. The technician came by and replaced the sensor on the fridge and defrosted the ice that had accumulated. He advised that it would be cheaper to get another washer instead of fixing it. Since they had an exact washer they let me just swap it out.

Another two weeks he had to come out again for the fridge. Said it was the thermostat. He changed that. Then again it messes up and stops cooling. I wanted an exchange on a fridge but the lady convinced my mom to let them take it to the warehouse to fix it or else they’ll exchange it.

I just called and they haven’t even looked at it yet. And don’t plan to until the end of the week. They’ve had it for 5 days already. What horrible customer service I feel. If I could give them half a star I would.

Got my washer and dryer there 3 years ago now washer just finaly broke down but it was an easy fix, but decided to get a brand new one dryer still works like new..!! Very helpful there and honest about what your getting into buying there he pulls no punches.. i really respect that.. delivered appliences to my home and offered to get them right where i needed them.. plan on going back there to get a refrigerator soon.. would highly recommend this business to my family or friends... I purchased a refrigerator from Memo's. I let them know that I didn't have alot to spend. I got an awesome deal. Laura, the sales lady, was very friendly and helpful. I definitely would recommend Memo's for used appliances.

I work during the week during normal business hours. I am so grateful for Meno’s Appliance. Not only were they open on a Saturday, they had a great selection and were able to deliver. I am so happy with this experience. They are very helpful and nice people. I definitely recommend checking them out! I am so thankful for my washer and dryer!! :)

We received our washing machine just one hour after purchasing it! We bought a refurbished Whirlpool for $189, can't beat that price. $35 for delivery. We were first told it would be delivered the next day after 5:00pm, then immediately received a phone call from Laura letting us know that it would be the same day. Jimmy came through, since his brother-in-law/delivery guy was heading out of town. He was SO friendly and professional, taking great care not to scratch real wood floors. He placed our old washing machine on his shoes while walking it to his dolly. He made sure the water temperature ran as expected and made it to the first cycle. Great customer service and prices!

Good service. Decent variety of appliances. We found the perfect refrigerator there. They delivered when we wanted them to, for a small fee (totally worth it). Nice people. Happy with the refrigerator, works well. If I ever need more appliances I will be going here to look first.

The employee Laura and Jimmy had an amazing sense of customer service, and they made sure we felt like valuable customers. The location itself has a vast array of options when it comes to used appliances and the prices are beyond reasonable. I can't express how happy I am with the deal that I got. Excellent service and great prices!! Bought a 36 inch GE profile french style doors refrigerator from Menos Appliances for less than $900! Only $35 to get it delivered to the house and even though it was harder than we all thought it was going to be to get it inside they did sn awesome job and didn't complain one bit! Awesome people! Will do business again for sure!

I went to the conveniently located store about lunchtime, no pressure to buy at all, but were very friendly. They asked what I was looking for? I said I was looking for a fridge and maybe with water and ice in the door. (though I knew those go for like 900-1000 in the stores) They had a half-wall of nice / gently used or refurbished fridges all less than 500! I was torn between two of them, but decided on a black whirlpool side by side with ice in the door. All mine and out the door (and delivered with my old one getting picked up too) for about $350. Wait, what? my basically dream fridge for $350? yep!

Delivery was by the end of day (you can't even get that from Big stores! not ever!) He brought it, set it up, showed me where the water filter was (I went that night to get the replacement one) and was in and out/old fridge gone in like 30 minutes...I have an older house so it's not easy moving things in and out but he was cautious and didn't have any issues. There's a 90 day warranty offered on it...a day later, we're enjoying a great working (lots of space) fridge/freezer with water and ice in the door...AND we now have a solid go-to for appliances! Today my husband was like "does he have dryers? I hate our dryer!" lol so I guess we'll be going back soon.

There are very few places that offer exceptional service and honesty. I have purchased washer,dryer and refrigerator over the years. Just recently I stopped by Menos appliances because water was building up at the bottom of my refrigerator and so I was told the line might be plugged. Laura (beautiful young lady just in case i got her name wrong)arranged to have someone take a look and yes 👍 he was right. Thank you see you when in need again.

We needed a fridge because ours broke down. We went into menos to look and so glad we did. They had a great collection of fridges. We wanted a small inexpensive one and they had a very good selection. We were able to get one for under 200.00. They delivered it to us for a very small fee and even took away our old one. I would recommend them to anyone.

We purchased a side by side refrigerator to use as an extra in our garage. Great selection! Very clean and tidy inside. Found just what We were looking for at an unbelievable price and had it installed the very next day. Excellent service!
