Had all the right stuff recommended for my winter wonderland vacation. Everything from shoes to thermals hats and gloves, eye wear made my trip warm and exciting!

A very positive experience. I was looking to replace my favorite hat that was stolen when the car was broken into. I was able to quickly find one that I liked - both look and fit - and the staff was both friendly and helpful.

Note that the shopping center where this store is located is a bit bizarre in terms of traffic flow... a number of 'No Entry' signs pop-up in the strangest places.

Great sales, so watch their flyer! Worth going to several times a year just to catch their good prices. I got some slippers and love them! Helpful staff, very organized inside, clean. Visible from Los Angeles Avenue, but you have to zig and zag to get to the parking lot. You'll be parking at the front of the store that faces the main street.

Great store! Friendly employees and extremely helpful with any questions or merchandise needed. They carry much better name brand items than they used to, and I find myself shopping here again more than ever before.

Worked with Spencer in advising me on which tents to purchase for a novice family when it comes to camping. In addition, he advised me on some lounge chairs and umbrellas that may benefit the new adventure. The transaction was done with no pressure from start to finish. I'm glad I visited this location.

Came here with a friend looking for shoes/boots with thick soles to protect his feet while working. An employee, Nick, was very patient & helpful. He brought out a few choices & my friend found just the right shoe. The price was good. Staff is friendly. Store is well-stocked & clean. Definitely recommend.

Looking for exercise equipment, Big 5 is the place for you. I asked the cashier where were the Mini Resistanceband and he told me the location in the store. Look at a couple of options and I purchase the Ultra Resistance Band for a reasonable price. I recommend this place.

Great store, great employees that are very helpful. Even though I thought I wanted one type of shoe I quickly learned it was not steel toed. The guy said he had one though and looked around till he found them in back and brought them to me. They were perfect for what I need. I've always loved going to Big 5 cus they are always very helpful and the discounts are great! Today my $70 boots were $29.99!! Great deal that I wasn't expecting! Went for running shoes. All shoes were reasonably priced. Found a pair that fit, selection was limited in the correct size. Blame the pandemic lockdown for the supply chain issues I guess. Staff was helpful and quick to offer assistance.

Wow. THE WHOLE BACK WALL IS ALL SHOES ON DISPLAY. Didn't realize they were so well stocked with footwear. It's not the first place i think of for shoe shopping usually, but it will be from now on!!

I've been going to big 5 in Simi Valley for quite some time now. The store has always been a good place to get shoes for my family and also sporting goods.they also have been okay section of fishing gear if you're interested I have purchased from them a few times in that department.

Tricky parking, in as much as you have to drive around the back of the store to get to these street-facing parking area, but worth the effort: this is a well-stocked store with friendly employees. Classic Big 5 stuff!

B I g five has been a mainstay of Simi Valley residence, the sport fans of America. Nice store, I bought two pairs of shoes for under $40. Justine time.
